Not professional at all, never return calls or emails. Always has excuses as to why she wasn’t available. I changed insurance companies completely due to the lack of urgency.

Didnt answer the phone after calling several times. Made a in person visit due to unanswered calls just for the person inside not to answer the door. Another lady who worked there was sitting in the car, got out and open the door to assist. Just to find another person sitting in the office. This was doing business hours.
