I love my new apartment at Parkwest. My AC wasn’t working well just took a little communication and they fixed immediately. Office staff is friendly compassionate and reliable. I will definitely be renewing my lease for many years to come. Keep up the good work Park West👍👍👍

I am moving from another state to GA I have been calling and sending emails... I know its very busy..... The virtual tour was great on Facebook and the pictures are awesome... I would love to become a resident of the Park West community...

Can you guys atleast pick up a call. You dont pick up and you dont call back even after leaving a Voice note. Very unprofessional I must say.

Horrible place to call home... I wouldn’t recommend applying for these apartments. They look nice but once you move in you’ll see the neighborhood isn’t kept up. Half of the tenants out there fight each other and the kids are just as bad. The property manager doesn’t handle nothing professionally. I’ve stayed out here over a year, and I’ve seen so many people come and go. When you make complaint it doesn’t get handled properly she just over looks it. If you have a maintenance request it takes forever for them to come and fix it. Honestly, I’ve never stayed somewhere that was such a nightmare.

I had the most terrible experience with this apartment complex. My cousin and I have been trying to apply for a 2-3 bedroom since January; we were given a specific period to come back and ask for a unit, around the time we tried for the unit again the COVID-19 pandemic happened, and we were told to try again at the end of April, we gave our names and number to Tammy Shaw. Once the end of April came it became an unnecessary game of lies and a runaround; she didnt answer our called unless we used a different number, she kept giving us various excuses and information each time, times she wasnt at the site, and someone else answered the phone they told us something completely different from what she was saying. After getting expert advice, we learned she had been purposely miscalculating our incomes, so we dont get a unit when all she needed to say was she didnt have any available. She wasted our time and patience and was very unprofessional. I dont know why such a beautiful place would want a terrible property manager like that.

Property Manager Is rude, Work orders are never done & Lets not talk about the excessive mold in all the apartments and property manger does nothing people are moving out due to mold and being sick . All she cares about is RENT even during COVID-19 and families lost their jobs numerous letter was posted on tenants doors demanding that rent still needs to be paid .& if it wasn’t you will be terminated property manager exact was stimulus check are out please make rent payments. Garbage area is always messy and nasty .Every other day a police office is in the neighborhood I DON’T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE IN THERE !

Tammy the Manager is a very caring person. Also very helpful in any kind of situation. No complaints!
