I can’t even begin to express how appreciative I am of this team. They were extremely efficient, honest, and helpful with removing a squirrel. They then completed all of the work to my house to prevent any future intrusions. I plan to use them for many years to come on all of my properties.

Tim and his crew have treated my house for years now. Anytime Ive had issues, they have immediately made a trip over to correct it. The mosquito treatment is fantastic! Prior to treatment, we couldnt go outside for 10 minutes without getting eaten alive. Now, we can enjoy the yard without having to use any bug spray!

Weve been having problems with yellow jackets in our warehouse to the point where 2 people got stung. We called Expest this morning & asked if there was any way they could get someone out same day. They were very busy but able to squeeze us in. They were extremely knowledgeable & helped to pinpoint exactly where the yellow jackets were entering the building. They sprayed, they sealed the entry points and they even stayed a few minutes after the job was complete to answer several questions we had about pests at our houses. I was very pleased with the professional work that Terry did for me recently. I had a problem with pests building nests in my covered gutters. Terry was able to solve problem so that no longer are they are able to get in and take up residence. Terry has done several other jobs for me in the past and his work is always exemplary. I started to notice tunnels in my new insulation in my attic. I had called Expest for a quote (referred by a neighbor), I expected to have to get 3 quotes as normal for the work I get done at my home. Terry came and was very detailed in his inspection, he crawled all over my crawl space and was all over my attic. He said I had roof rats, pointed out a few nest in my attic, stored acorns in my gutter and droppings in my crawlspace. He came up with a quote and plan. I did not even know I had rats in my crawlspace and its where we trapped the most! I like Terry a lot - He is very country, which has helped make him very knowledgeable on rodents and even insects (he pointed out some bee thing on my porch) no B.S., super friendly, and very genuine - its hard to find people like that in the city of Atlanta where I live. He did the job well and always showed up on time and went out of his way to come to my home first thing in the morning for trap checks so I could be on my way to work. The pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely be suggesting him to all my city friends and I feel confident I shouldnt have any more issues with rodents getting in and if I do, I have no worries about him coming to fix any issues.

We had a serious issue with squirrels coming into our attic and making a huge mess. We hired ExPest to seal our home 6 years ago and we havent had any issues since. When we moved into our new apartment, we had a lot of roach activity -- a lot of additional unwelcome roommates. Expest came out, diagnosed where the activity was likely originating, treated the perimeter inside and out, and the problem was solved. Simply put, these guys know what they are doing and they do a very good job. They come back every other month and the apartment remains roach free.

Used their pest control service, and worked wonderfully. No spiders or bugs anywhere, even with a wooded area at the back of our lot.

Not customer friendly. We had service performed and within 2 weeks we had palmetto bug problems. They wanted to charge us to re-spray. Find another service.***I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from the President of the company apologizing for the rude response I received from a new employee who wasnt familiar with Company Policy. Whereas I was going to look for another company, I will be staying with Expest.
