I have been working with Phylicia since 2018 and I have been so satisfied as someone who finds the tax filing process intimidating and overwhelming. She is patient, kind, and informative whilst very professional and if you are someone like me who need a professional with patience as they are educating you while keeping you up to date with the process, its her!
