Kitspa is my new go to venue in Atlanta. If you’re looking for a place where you have to do minimal work and it looks beautiful this is the place. All I had to do was buy the decorations and they did the rest. I was planning a bridal shower all the way from Ohio. Usually I would have been stressing the whole time, but Shana was so helpful from start to finish. She made sure everything was perfect and my bride was extremely happy!

Kitspa and Events is the most luxurious, intimate and prestigious space to have your very special occasions. The owner is classy, spectacular and lovely. If youre planning a celebration this is the place to be. Check it out. Im thoroughly impressed with the service, decor, location and customer service, etc.

We had an amazing time! The area was spacious and we had more than enough room to house our guess. As customers we were given freedom as far as setup and design. The owner made sure we were properly taken care of! Anything we needed it was provided by her! The guest had an amazing time and marveled at how pristine the space was! I would recommend this event space to anyone who is looking for a range of events to hold!

This was a great place to have my niece’s grad party. Lots of space, beautiful solid wood tables, and a small kitchen area with a full sink and a small refrigerator. We could even run our Spotify through the venue’s speakers for music. Shana was amazing. Such a good spirit. We will definitely be back!

We picked this venue to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation. The venue is beautiful, clean and low maintenance stress. Shayna was a pleasure to work with, always helpful, professional and patient. I recommend it especially if you want an intimate vibe for your event .

KITSPA & Events is one of the best Event Venues in town. The owner was very professional and polite. She assisted me with helping setting up the event and gave me good tips on everything. She was courteous to my guests and overall this was the best experience Ive had in hosting an event at a venue. I hosted a Fashion Dinner Gala and the venue was perfect. All my guests truly enjoyed the space. They loved the built in photo booth. Thank you again for hosting my event. It was perfect.

Did my daughters tea party themed birthday party here. Everything went smoothly. The venue is beautiful and already decorated! Comes with its own vintage style cake/dessert stand. Nice luxurious chairs and outstanding chandeliers, very unique setup with the long wooden table and unique floral arrangements, everyone will think you paid $$$$$$$.The photo booth was a hit for both adults and kids. I truly enjoyed using this venue. Shana, the owner, was amazing too! Very helpful and attentive throughout the event and calming when I was frantic. She helped customize the venue with party signs and frames announcing my daughters tea party everywhere in the venue. She was such a pleasure to work with. Bottom line is, do your event here, trust me, youll love it!

We had our baby shower for our first child at KITSPA. The entire experience was wonderful. Customer service, communication and accommodations were all top notch. I could not have been more pleased! I was planning a surprise 50th birthday party for my wife and I was not sure which venue to use. My biggest concern in all of this endeavor was how am I going to rent a facility, decorate, cater, and entertain for a party without my wife finding out. (With KITSPA this was a non-issue!) After multiple searches I stumbled across KITSPA and Events. Browsing the photo gallery on their site, I couldn’t help but notice how much more beautiful the facility was than anything else I had found. I wanted to go all out so I purchased the Signature Package. Leading up to the event I was very concerned, but every time I would call Shana was so professional and talked me down off the ledge, assuring me that everything was going to be perfect. She could not have been more correct! When I arrived early to set up the beverages that I brought, as soon as I walked in and saw the facility for the first time in person I was overwhelmed. From the décor, to the dessert selection, to the bath salt station, and especially the signature cocktail everything was perfect. Shana had asked me to make a playlist for the event music but I told her I trusted her judgement and to make it 80’s R&B. She nailed that too! The music was perfect. Guests began to show up and we all gathered for my wife’s arrival. As soon as she entered, it was nothing but tears of joy. I will never forget the look on her face and the hours of pampering and celebration that followed. The hospitality of the event staff was second to none. I would also like to add that the party consisted of both male and female guests, I couldn’t believe how much even the guys enjoyed the amenities. I could not have made a better decision that to trust KITSPA and Events for this occasion. Thanks you so much for making this day special and one we will always cherish.

I had my first Self Care event here today & I couldn’t wait to leave a review!! KITSPA was EVERYTHING I hoped it would be & more! From the moment we chose the venue the experience was great. Shana is passionate about making sure you are stress free during the planning process. This helped because I have no experience in planning events. She offered advice, & made suggestions to ensure my event was successful!! I’m so grateful & know this won’t be my last time using this space!! KITSPA & EVENTS is a 5 star event facility! We held our daughters Sweet 16 birthday party there and I must say that we could not have chosen a better venue. The facility is beautifully designed and decorated. There is a picture booth at the front of the venue which adds even more beauty to the facility.The owner was easy and great to work with! KITSPA was hands down a true wonderful experience for me and friends. For one, the space is beautiful! For two, the owner, Shana, was so accommodating to our wants and a few last minute changes. Overall, it was the best choice for my party. The walk-in photo booth was everyones favorite. Honestly, I would definitely recommend KITSPA.

I am soooo late with my review but I had to come on here and give Shana high praise for such a nice, intimate venue that gave a great experience for my wifes baby shower. Our shower was in Sept 18 but it was so memorable. KITSPA came very nicely setup...the table and chairs are BOSS! The selfie booth is perfect and had everyones attention! We had a few complications during our event but this is where 5-Star service comes in...Shana did not stop until everything was resolved, she worked extra, called in extra people to help, and gave us extra time to make up for the issue. Even more so, the issue was way out of her control. The extreme heat outside caused an issue with her HVAC and she had a technician out within an hour...we cant even make that happen at home lol! But anyhow, the technician advised that he couldnt fix the issue at that moment because of a needed part so Shana rushed out and got cooling mechanisms to make the space comfortable and our shower went off without a hitch. Thats service and I cant appreciate that enough! Thank you Shana and we owe you baby pictures!!!

We had our engagement party here and it was fabulous! The hose was for Lalas. She even stayed after to help clean up. I recommend this Haley! Five stars

My wedding reception was held here and our experience was everything we hoped for, my guest were comfortable and love the scenery, also Shana was very helpful and a pleasure to work with getting things in place for our event and being on call even if it last moment.Overall we had a great time and enjoyed every moment, my husband and I are still getting compliments of the Venue and how beautiful it was. I highly recommend this venue for special events.

I don’t even know where to start.I intentionally waited this long to give this review because I had to make sure it was the right thing to do and it is. I don’t want anyone else to feel disappointed and spend more than they bargained for.Positives: This location is very cute and nicely portioned for maximum use of the space. The owner was very responsive. Replies quickly and responses professionally—that however flipped and flopped based on how conversations went.Negatives: My sisters and I had a sick feeling as soon as we booked this place. I’ll give a little background info: I am originally from Atlanta but I live in FL now. My sisters and I planned an amazing 60th birthday party for my mum and we had a little over a month to find a place that required very little prep work because we all live out of state and city. This place seem very nice. The pictures on the website were very nice and according to the owner, we can get a lot of decor stuff rented to use since that was the plan. Just let me say, renting ANYTHING from this lady is not a joke.Ps: don’t pay for renting until you lay eyes on what you’re renting because there are NO returns for whatever- even if it wouldn’t work for you.Eventually, we spent WAY more than we bargained for (it costed us more than if we had rented a bigger, well-lit place and paid to get it decorated as we wanted). One of the reviews mentioned set up time of 15minutes and it sure wasn’t enough. We had our guests helping to set up and we still started late. She didn’t even try to help. Never did. Stood at the back taking notes...idk!This place will set you up to pay more because she DOES NOT OFFER FREE SET-UP TIME! Most locations DO and it’s FREE! We had to pay $200 EXTRA for running over our time and she took notes and sat at the back of the room the entire time; Our guests kept asking who she was over and over and over again.I feel like the owner was challenging to work with and she wants her money right away. I’m not mad at that thoughOh, And the place was so dark. It’s a candle light kinda vibe. However, owner, if you offer to have birthday parties, please provide good lighting for better pictures at least. I asked her about this and Ofcourse it’s was a fat NO!Oh, And the “photo booth” thing ISN’T real. It’s just a boxed corner with clear vinyl, no cameras, no lights. Dark little corner to take pictures!Please, do your research.

Kitspa is a beautiful space to host an elegant and somewhat intimate affair. Perks include the space being pre-decorated and there is lots of parking available. We held my 30th birthday party there with a roaring 20s theme. The day of my event got a bit stressful due to me having to coordinate various things. There were some small details about table placement for food and the DJ set up that were forgotten by the manager which added to my stress level at the beginning of the event. However as soon as those were worked out the rest was a cinch. We had a blast and photos came out great. I enjoyed sitting most of my family and friends at the beautiful farmhouse style dining table for dinner, having a dance floor space as well as space for mingling.

I celebrated my 40th Birthday Brunch at KITSPA on Sunday July 8th, and when I tell you it was a such a beautiful event - everything was beyond my expectations. Shanna and her staff were so gracious and accommodating. The place is beyond magical, intimate and special. We used Kitspa to host our mother’s surprise 60th birthday party brunch. My sisters and I all live in different states and it was a little overwhelming to coordinate the event amongst ourselves but Shana (the owner of Kitspa) made dealing with the venue aspect of the event stress free. She is very professional and her response time to calls/emails is impeccable. The venue is very beautiful and well decorated already that we didn’t need to do much at all. Well priced for the amenities provided. Venue is perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, engagement parties, birthday parties ect…. I would definitely host another event at Kitspa.

The space is nedium sized, the wondows dont open as the AC was down but otherwise the service was good.

- such a beautiful place with such poor service. extremely over priced, only gave us 15 mins to set up (we arrived 30 mins early, asked the guy could we start setting up and he said we have to wait 15 mins). Paid over $500 just for 3 hours and an additional $70 for a clean up fee. This place hasnt been up for a full year yet and I honestly give them no more than another 6 months of being in business. this was a college graduation party that was paid for by the graduate - I personally feel like they could have lowered the price or something. this isnt a place id ever recommend to anyone, it was hot as hell as well. the guy that was there, was standing around like a security guard. the loactaion is in a office complex and hard to find. the guest of honor was sweating like a slave, the guy didnt even know how to work the radio. do NOT use this place if trying to book an event at all. given theyve only got 45 followers on Instagram was proof enough, they dont know what theyre doing.
