I frequently come here to buy paint. They have wonderful customer service and a wide variety of options. The paint associate named Seth was the most helpful gentlemen I’ve come across in a while. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. He even helped me pick out the best color to paint my son’s bedroom (fish story). Seth’s suggestion has made my son’s room an immersive aquatic experience, just what my son wanted. Overall I will continue to frequent this Lowe’s due to Seth’s show-stopping customer service.

Lowes in Smyrna TN is the place for STUFF! Every online order i have placed in last few years has arrived next day or two days. The facility is always neat and organized and the staff is always helpful, not just there for a paycheck they actually have concern for customers and take the time to help you find what you are looking for. Asked at least 5 different employees for help, not one could help me or they said they wouldnt know where the stuff I was looking for was it. I love Lowes but service like this is very disappointing..

Place was crazy busy with the air show event. Staff was nice. This store makes sure their employees are properly trained in the departments they will cover. They had great team work.

Anytime I need anything from Lowe’s I go to the Lowe’s in Smyrna not in Murfreesboro, I’ll drive the extra 12 miles just to see the employees I know and love, I frequently return to Lowe’s paint department for paint and am usually helped by Seth, he is by far the best employee, very kind and helpful and he always helps me find what I need, even if it isn’t in his department and the best products for what I’m trying to fulfill.

My husband loves this store, he finds a wide variety of products there and the service is excellent, its like a mall for men !

I ordered a big mirror online and Maxie and DeSherri were SO helpful! They helped me open it and all of us looked inside to make sure it wasnt broken. They went out of their way to help and I am very thankful for them! Thank you ladies! ❤️

I bought a washer and dryer online it was delivered with 2 scratches on the dryer, I sent it back they then delivered a new dryer Tuesday which they didn’t show up until 8:30 pm again the dryer had a huge dent on front side of dryer I sent back again, today is Friday and guess what I have a scratch on the dryer. I will never buy from Lowe’s again they did nothing to compensate the 3 dryers with scratches and dents. I’m so disappointed with the courtesy that I received from Lowe’s. Appliance are sooooo expensive and to think that they don’t care to take care of their appliances and their customers. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!’

These 5 stars go to Mr. Bob. Lowe’s is my go to place. I’ve had different experiences in the past. This one was the best! Bob did not hesitate to help out with finding what we needed. He not only patiently helped my husband and I find it but also explained the pros and cons of the different brands. After he finished helping us out he went to the next person and helped them out. He’s definitely a keeper for Lowe’s!

A busy day at Lowes, first warm pretty day that weve had in a while and it was busy. I was able to find and purchase the items that I needed, while others monopolized staff

This lowes location is okay if you dont mind waiting 30 min for help and finding two broken drains after purchasing and having to return them and then they messed up the special financing.... They fixed the special financing layer that day and that employee is the only five star employee during my experience....

Just dont buy the warranties. Having the unfortunate experience of needing to use my warranty for a service repair and since they only sub contract through one local company I have to wait almost 2 weeks for a service call. They refuse to help in any other way (calling another tech, subcontracting through another company, or allowing for reimbursement). The staff at the location are polite but the warranty help crew are completely uncaring and unhelpful. The warranty manager repeated the same 2 sentences like she was reading them off a prompter and offered no help or consolation. Just another mega corporation with no insentive to actually be helpful to the community. I also dont know when my appointment time is as Ive been told they will contact me in the 2 days prior with some sort of notification of when they may arrive on my appointment date. This is just trash.

DO NOT purchase windows from Lowe’s!!The sales rep that came to my house to measure and order told me they would be PELLA windows. Then when I ask how long would be to get installed, he said about three weeks because they are special order sizes. He also made me pay full amount of order up front. ($3000.00) I am a retired disabled Veteran on a fixed income. When I asked for my 10% Vet discount, he said “I am already giving you best price”.After a month went by, I got a call from Lowe’s install dept. They said that because of many orders backed up that would be around end of May. Then in May got a call and they said still backed up, will arrive at installer by June 3rd and be installed several days later.Then today May 26th I’m told now the windows won’t arrive at installer till July 22nd. When I asked why, they said don’t know. Also I found out that the windows are not PELLA but some other brand that she said are also good windows. I said but I was told they are PELLA brand.When I wanted to talk to someone who could tell me what is going on, I was told they’re not sure who I should talk to. When I asked for someone who knows, said they will try to get someone to help and put me on hold. After I waited a few minutes, I decided to hang up and go to the Smyrna Tn that I ordered them from and just get my money back and I did.I should have gone direct to a local PELLA window installer, you would think at my age I would know better. I knew I would pay more going through LOWES, but I wanted to go there because I trusted that if anything was not going well, they would help, I was wrong!Don’t make the same mistake I made!

I think they only have 1 delivery driver. My appliance has been changed on delivery date twice without notification. It will have been 3 Weeks and 3 days since my initial order date when I was told 4 days initially. The item was in stock and I saw it in person when I ordered it.

We went all the way to Smyrna from Murfreesboro after being told by the Murfreesboro store that Smyrna would have an item pulled and ready for us. We got there to find that was not true. We waited for 2 hours and found out our tool box was sold while were waiting. I asked to speak with a manager. She came and I explained everything. She offered to sell us another toolbox for the price of the box we were originally there to pick up. She stayed true to here word. We got a box for half price. It was an excellent experience. I wish I could remember her name, I can only remember her face. She was great to deal with and very sweet.

Had a range delivered and JD and James were OUTSTANDING!! Called ahead of time on the day of delivery to say they would arrive between 10 AM and 11:30 AM. They showed up at exactly 10 AM and could not have been any more friendly or professional. They brought the range inside, plugged it in, showed me how it worked and took all of the packaging and discarded it for me. I wish every delivery experience was this professional. Thank you guys!

I love our Smyrna Lowes. Since the pandemic started they have offered curbside services, which we had an excellent experience with. On two instances in the store, staff was adhering to CDC guidelines and my grandpa loved the gentleman who gave us a live, sweaty demo--we were all masked--on new table saw.

I visit Lowes after looking on their site to find products that could use in my home for lingering odors.

Like most establishment dealing with covid 19.The employees are with mask and are staying 6 away. As usual very helpful,with the exception of the plumbing department.As myself being a master plumber l have to spend alot of time walking the department to find materials to work with. Placed an online order and had to call twice because I was told over the phone it would be ready by 2 o’clock I live 45 mins away so I drove there and got there at 2:20 and when I called again they said it would be a few more hours. I’m confused if the website shows it’s in stock at the store and I place the order at 10:30 am I feel it isn’t unreasonable that the order should be fully prepared for pickup in less than 6-8 hours that’s crazy.

Went to lowes to buy some mulch but it turned into a rescue mission i noticed that they had some mouse/ rat traps out in the garden area so as my so and i got ready to leave i noticed a bird in one of the glue traps and it was still alive. My son and i were able to free the bird but we couldnt remove all the glue fom its feet or its left wing .i wish they would do a better job of setting out traps in better locations for its intended targets and not in the open.

Not only can you get caulking and home repair material but my husband brings home flowers...
