Great facility but a few issues that drastically need addressed:•Always busy with camps and team training. Rarely is there any time for Rec league or open gym in the afternoon/evenings.•Their floors dont get the cleaning and polish they need. WAY TOO much sliding around with brand new shoes.•Parking/Lot: lot could use simple maintenance, and parking needs better organization

Good volleyball and basketball facility on the Southside of Smyrna Tennessee. Not exactly high-end but safe and clean place for kids to play ball.

The facility is descent, referees flat out suck. The kids deserve better, step up!

I hope we never play here ever again. Our players were slipping on the floor because the temperature inside was not warm, and moisture in the air condensed on the vinyl playing surface. In addition, theres little room (about a foot) between the court boundary and player/spectator seating. Water on the floor of the bathroom. Whole place is kinda...slapped together.

Hooptown was really elite. The basketball helps me get stronger and really good. It makes me more motivated than any other team and go to a D1 school.#1Hooptownfan!😃😄😁❤💓🙂

Ok venue. Air conditioning was limited or non existent. Not much seating for spectators...especially considering we had to pay to get in to see the tournament. They should have expected larger crowds and planned accordingly.

I love that all our ymca games are played at the same place.But Hooptown needs to upgrade. There is never any tissue in the bathroom. I mean seriously. Can tissue be a luxury?

Closed when website says they are open. Don’t answer phone calls to find out if facilities are available when they actually are open. Do not recommend unless it’s a last resort

Nice facility

Great place to take kids/teens to play basketball. They offer youth classes and leagues a few times a year. They have 3 courts to use with 2 being full size. Indoor areas are okay nothing fancy but they have good coaching staff.

I go here to watch my grandson play basketball. They have 4 courts in the main building, and 2 more in a side building. There is a concession stand, fairly well stocked, with grill fare and snacks, and even healthy drinks. Parking is inadequate, and the lot is in much need of repair. Heating and cooling is adequate. Restrooms are not well maintained. Seating is all wooden bleacher style, but sufficient. Many bring their own seats. There are also a few arcade games. The two buildings are not connected, though close together. Overall, a fun place to hang out, whether watching or participating.

Hooptown is awesome! The basketball coaches work with young kids, instilling confidence and good sportsmanship. My nephew loves going to his weekly practice/game. The cost is affordable and worth every penny! I cant say enough wonderful things about Hooptown.

No signage on main road and batting cages were inside. We passed it due to NO signs!

I bring my niece here for volleyball practice, I have not been here outside of that but it has 3 full basketball courts and has one with a digital score board which is nice.

Worse place to play basketball.. Very unorganized bad refs, terrible run down facilities in Tennessee, the staff there unfriendly... teams dont waste your money playing there there are better tournaments around Tennessee to play in.

Ok gym. They had it sectioned off so 2 games going on simultaneously. Not enough bleachers & rather hot & uncomfortable. Parking is not that great. Volunteers were very helpful & they have a nice concession stand.

Need more handicap parking and wheelchair accessible ramps! And enforce the handicapped parking spots!

Superb facilities

If you dont have a lifted 4x4 vehicle, good luck navigating this places gravel pit of a parking lot. Thats not an exaggeration, I felt lucky to get in and out of there without my Jetta bottoming out.The facility is decent and staff that I met were nice and knowledgable.

Fantastic facility with great people!

The recent updates to the facility has made this place the optimal space to train. There are 5 full basketball courts, many hitting/pitching lanes, and amazing trainers that really care about the athletes and getting them better.

I was looking to rent some baseball cages for my travel team. I called right during business hours and got some robotic answering machine message. I called twice and got the same thing.When are people going to learn this is simply NOT how you run a business?So they just missed out on money not only for this particular instance but for the future as well. Just pathetic.

They have a terrific staff, superb trainers and a great family atmosphere. The new air conditioning, 5 full courts, shooting lab and indoor baseball facility is impressive as no one else has anything close to it in Smyrna/ Murfreesboro area. The owners are constantly improving the facilities all the time.

Having my beautiful fans here fortnite basketball program with screaming being led by my vice president was an unbelievable sight see customer service was impeccable and I enjoyed myself

I have been to many many many basketball tournaments here. They do some baseball, softball, and basketball training as well.

Great basketball courts but needs new parking lot

I would not give this place a star at all if I could do that! This place is very NASTY and disorganized. EXTREMELY HOT!!! due to NO air conditioning. Miserably place to be in!!! Also one other thing I would say is there is NOT enough places to sit. Come on!if your gonna host a big tournament; like what we were on; you should have the facility to host it!

Cool place, but the parking lot and driveway are absolutely terrible. Go slow or youll need an alignment on your vehicle or worse.

I went for Tier Time Fitness. It was a great class and the facility was adequate.

This is our basketball practice facility. The facility itself is large but always seems crowded. The place is minimally maintained and in some places needs some serious improvements. There are even some saftey type issues, especially for young kids. The side/out building gym has a fairly deficient floor with alot of dead spots. It is quite apparent the floor was not professionally installed and done on the cheap!

Too hott!!! Too small for the amount of people. Horrible parking. Too many inconviences.

It’s Absolutely unacceptable, and illegal by the way, to have an eventand have no restroom facilities available. None.No restrooms, no porta Johns, nothing. UNACCEPTABLE.

Summer basketball league was very unorganized and most of the referees were very inconsistent, rude, and often started games early (without everyone from the team being present) and or rushed through games so they could leave early.
