Ana from store 06011 is very rude and for some reason thinks she can strong arm customers not a bit of customer service, class or poise. District manager Jason Hutchinson has never returned any calls is he a ghost???. The wait time to speak to someone the corporate office is a joke. They have you in bold with the hopes that you will hang up. I wont be threatened by Ana nor anyone period.
I have had a horrible experience with the Smyrna location. I called several times in regards to an issue with my furniture agreement. The manager Josh Corn never called me back to fix the problem. I had to actually go back to the store. I called corporate and they were unable to fix my account problem due to Josh Corn not doing his job. They would not give out the district manager contact info only gave his name Jason Hutchinson whom never called me back. Poor service, poor customer service. Total rip-off. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
Susan from Alpharetta store reported false information to the credit bureaus because I cancelled my order and received my down payment back well some of it.Im now trying to dispute it off my credit my credit score went down because of this.
Same as cash is a false advertisement. Undisclosed hidden fees were not discussed until pay-off when I questioned why is my payoff higher than my calculation. Poor communication! Very unprofessional! I typically like to decide how my money is spent and not be blindsided nor taken advantage of...this is how I feel. I could have purchased a lamp or area rug for the $300 of hidden fees, I feel robbed of. As a matter of fact...I left the store and did not purchase the additional items I came to buy.Stay away!!
This is a scam! They are generally unable to explain the extra fees that you have to pay. How can something that cost 799 end up to be 1058.63 with taxes? Trying to rid poor people of their hard earned money!
Honestly this company is totally useless. They do not have a customer service system in place to resolve isses. The account was extremely frustrating setting up. I called their manager in Smyrna asking for help with going over my balance. He was totally uninterested in solving my issues and kept on telling me he will mail me documents. I have had all but problems with Acceptance now. I will never use again. Josh Korn has a very lackadaisical attitude and needs help with customer service skills.
