Excellent customer service!

The technicians are very professional, friendly and very knowledgable. They are very punctual. The Salesman, Brandon is very professional and easy to work with. However, the scheduling time of work after initial consultation is too long. Also, communication with clients needs to be improved. I had to call several times to check when my work would be scheduled. Overall it was a good experience.

They have not returned calls or emails as promised on multiple occasions from multiple representatives. They are very difficult to communicate with.

After some miscommunication, I was contacted by the sales manager, and he set up an appt to get our warehouse sprinklers inspected. They inspector arrived on the scheduled day and time, and everything was finished to our satisfaction. The managers followed up with me multiple times to make sure I was taken care of.

Fire Systems toured our condo complex, cited and replaced sprinklers with little to no damage on them, got grease on our carpet, and broke our ceiling fan.The sprinkler head was behind the blades so they cut power to the fan and stopped it with their hands, knocking it out of balance. When bringing it to the attention of the property manager, Fire Systems denied any damage and we had to fight to get the carpet cleaned. The fan, however, they refused to repair or compensate. It used to be on all the time and never shook, and now it shakes constantly at any speed and well have to replace it. I GUESS IT WAS MAGIC
