One morning my laptop wouldnt boot up. The internal Windows 10 diagnostics could not repair the situation. I brought it in to Tech Savers and they were able to determine that it was a software (not hardware) problem. They backed up the specific data I requested, reinstalled an image of Windows and got it working again. The turnaround time was very fast, the cost was very reasonable and I got phone updates along the way.

Every once in awhile a man needs TECH SUPPORT. Today was one of those days. After three days of fighting Win XP and losing each fight I called the man. He had me back up and running in less than 40 minutes. — feeling excited. Jeremy was professional and experienced. I know enough about computers to get me into trouble. You know those exhaustive little warnings: Are you sure you want to do this? Never saw a one but all my data disappeared and my folders were empty. HELP!

This place is the best! I had a problem with my internal hard drive that I thought it was going to be impossible to fix. I was given a ridiculous high quote at Best Buy to ¨maybe¨ try to fix the problem and that it was going to be sent somewhere else to the point that I thought it would be best to get a new one, but I love my computer so much that after finding this local shop in Smyrna, I took it and not only did they diagnost the problem while I was waiting but they were able to recover all my data (pictures that I thought I have lost and all my files) and now I have a computer that works incredible fast and it only took three days to get it back, all I can say is that if you have any problem with any kind of computer, take it to TechSavers, they are honest, fast and do amazing work at a very reasonable price.

I am going to write a review even though I didnt actually go in for service. I was having an issue with my computer that I thought was complicated, but when I called it turned out to be fairly simple. They couldve told me to bring it in and charged me, but they walked me through the issue over the phone. I was impressed. I am going to assume they would be just as trust worthy if I had to bring the cpu in. Will use them if I get in any more tech trouble

The ratings which I see are all fake ratings.This company doesn’t deserve 1 ratings even.i had a simple issue of stuck power button of my dell laptop.These guys kept for nearly a week ordered a the entire front panel of the laptop for no reason.but still it didn’t fix.I was being said that it’s a poor design of the button.My laptop is 3 yrs old now and how come it was working till now.They even took money for laborwithout fixing any.
