Ms. Linda and Ms DeAnna are the most awesome people. They always greet us with a smile and will help you out in any situation. Believe me we have tested them as we have been tested with many struggles ourselves this past year. We just kept in contact with them. We have recently moved to Lebanon and instead of going to the store a 1/2 mile down from our house we drive 20 miles so we can do business with them.

I dont know what woman was working today, but she decided to shut down and hour early and blatantly lied to me telling me Western Union was down. Checked multiple places and that was not the case. When I explained the situation she decided to get short and disrespectful with me. With a massive attitude reiterated that Western Union was down. Incredibly unprofessional. Will be calling corporate.

I had something very unexpected come up and needed money for just a few days. I called ahead of time and got pre-approved for a loan. The staff there was friendly and helpful. I left there with the cash they pre-approved me for. Id recommend this location for the staff really did help and understand.

RUDEST people Ive EVER dealt with..!! Do NOT go to this place for ANY kind of loan..!! Its bad enough being in a position that you have to go to a check advance company and to be treated the way they treat you makes you feel even worse..!! If you want to avoid being made feel like youre trash then dont do business with them... There are too many other places around to go that will treat you MUCH better..!!

Ladies are ExtremelyRUDE, I dont understand how you can work with helping people (Custumer Service) and have that kind of attitude, they eventually get it done but not before giving you all sorts of its buts and cants. They definitely need new emplooyes that are nice and smile not bitter with attitude problems.
