You can’t get anybody on the phone and if you do the person on the phone has a attitude. When I just have a couple question? Then I text my recruiter and what do you know, no answer!! Maybe I can’t get awnser now. Can anybody tell me MasterStaffs COVID policies and if the company pays while on quarantine?

This place is completely unprofessional first of all I drive from Nashville I get there and say can I get a application they said we dont take applications after three but they close at five I walked in at 3:15 so then I asked can I send in a resume do you have a email address they say no sir we dont have a email address then I asked is this a staffing company or am I in the wrong place they said no youre in the right place I said what kind of place doesnt take a resume or have a email or let a person put in the application for employment master staff is your company name right youre a staffing company right she replies yes so after they turned me away and send me away I get in the car I call asked for a manager and theres no manager on site so I said can I have the managers number of course they wouldnt give it to me so I will call the regional manager of this place and let them know how horrible their staff is and if they want to make money they need to let people come in and work for them I believe thats how that works so if you think about going to master staff dont because they suck. So you cant put in an application they dont have a email for you to send in a resume and I believe their top pays three dollars an hour at hot topic pulling childrens wallet chains and trinkets a horrible place should be put out of business or he wont be there long

Jason and Krystal were extremely helpful and kind. The office was very nicely decorated and the process of filling out paperwork and getting hired on was quick and simple. I havent started with the company Ill be working for, but this was really relaxed and friendly compared to other staffing agency experiences I have had in the past.

If you looking for a job this is the place and they will hire you on the spot but you have to have a good personality and be a people person and they give you a second chance I love these people and supervisors are amazing

Besides lack of communication, they kept me informed on jobs that were opening whenever I told them my situation, very nice staff and even though they charge for a few things thats a minor inconvience, seeing they get you right into work . This company is TRASH! they are un-organized. i worked 1 day and stopped due to the environment. i was told the money would hit on my paycard. never did. had to call them and was told there was a live check but my pay dropped from $12 down to minimum wage and they were taking the fees out that they said were waived. i was told i signed a paper stating it was ok for them to do that. they shove tons of packets down your throat and rush you to sign them without reading them so you can start the job same day. this company preys on vulnerable people who are trying to make money to feed their families. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!

I wouldnt give any stars if I could!!! Charging for things you dont give?? $75.00 for?? This place is a rip off and a joke!!! Do not go through this place!!! And also my son is the one who worked for through this place for hot topic (another place that is a joke) and he was suppose to get a bonus for working the 1st week on time (nothing given) also another bonus for working a full weekend, and they kept telling him they would give him gift cards for the 1st week and the weekend bonus then they change it to going to put it on his check? Also nothing!!! They are just a rip off PERIOD!!! Stay clear of this temp service!!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!this place will charge you 75$ for backgrounds they dont even run.If you ask for a copy of it they say they dont keep it,lol,The 75 is for hot topic.they charge 75 because they know you get overtime there.also,they promise a 25$ gift card if you stay the whole week and not be late or leave early,guess what?I did just that at that horrible slave job and didnt get my gift card.Do yourself a favor and go to a better staffing agency that wont take your hard earned money.

Went for an interview that THEY scheduled for 3:30 only to arrive to a notice on the door saying they closed at 11. Very disappointed in their business practices!!

Do not work for this company. They will screw you over every chance they get. I worked for this company last year and they charged me for a drug test that they never gave me and they a;;sp charged me for a shirt they never provided for me. Now that I no longer work for them they want to give me a hard time about getting my w2. I have never in my life had this much trouble getting a w2. I had called back in September when I moved to inform them but whoever was working front desk did not udate my address so they sent my w2 to my old address instead of my current one. The owner had told me that it is not her problem that it was mine. I must say that this company is very unprofessional and only cares about the profit they make off of you. They are not here to help you in anyway they are just wanting the money they get from employing you.

This is by far the most unprofessional temporary agency I have worked for yet. I have been a temp at Hot Topic Distribution Center for at least 3 WEEKS & majority of my time employed there I was sent home due to lack of available work. I can literally count the 6 DAYS that work has been available for the temps. Instead of calling their employees like any other normal job, Masterstaff leaves their temps to figure it out on their own. Upon asking Hot Topic why werent we notified that we would be sent home they responded by saying they informed Masterstaff & that our temp agency was supppsed to call us. NEVER RECIEVED A CALL ONCE! When we attempted to ask Masterstaff employees, they could not give us a straight answer. Waking up to be at work at 5 in the morning just to be sent right back home can really take a toll on a person, NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS.. .VERY FRUSTRATING! Im hoping to find work elsewhere.

This place is HORRIBLE. I worked and went in to get my pay check and there was no check there for two days i have not been paid!! They keep telling me they paid the wrong amber harvey and have to reverse the payment. Total lies. The manager Stacy cant do her job by processing simple payroll. So because of their mess up they causes me not to be able to pay my rent and they say thats not their fault. Yes it is I worked i should have been paid on time like everyone else. So now cause its friday i have to sit till monday to get my money

Wow where do i begin, this place is a total joke, wished i didnt have to waste and experience such horrendous time.

Overall good experience, small issues.We are all human and make mistakes.I always keep them in mind for quick employment,staff is nice.

I would Rate zero if I could. They never paid my husband for the days he worked at hot topic. Called pay roll for weeks straight the whole company sucks!
