After hiring them they demonstrated their responsibility and talent. Our fireplace is exactly as we asked for. We are very happy with the results. We recommend them 100%.

I needed the header board on my garage replaced because it had rotted. I called a lot of contractors. I had a hard time finding someone that would even do the job or that I felt would do the job right. Then I found Premier Quality Home Improvement. Louis came right out and gave me a quote. After talking to him I felt very confident that he would do it right. Louis and his crew did a great job. The repairs look great and I know I wont have to worry about the header board rotting out again. I feel Louis is honest and fair and I will definitely be using Premier Quality Home Improvements again in the future.

Tried for 3 weeks to get someone to provide on estimate. After 2 weeks of multiple phone calls an appointment was set for an estimate but the person failed to show up; no phone call, no text, no email message to cancel nor reschedule. After more phone calls and no response it has become evident this is not a company I would trust for a remodel project.Just received a reply to this review. No text message was sent as stated which brings into question the issue of integrity.

Premier has done wonderful work for me. Installing a new exterior door, replacing my gutters (for a GREAT price). Repairing a subfloor issue. They have been very responsive and their rates are very reasonable. I have already referred them to neighbors of mine. Great work at a great price.

We had a great experience with Premier Quality Home Improvements. We needed some subfloor in the kitchen replaced during our renovation. Called them on Monday job was finished by Wednesday morning. We have worked with Lou and Premier Quality for almost 3 years with various projects - bath remodel, kitchen remodel, new floors etc. They take their job very serious and their workmanship is top notch. You can tell they take pride in their work. It was very easy to stay in touch with Lou and his team throughout the projects anytime we had questions or wanted to make some last minute adjustments. He was always agreeable to discuss and review options. Plus they have been great on some touch ups along the way, like I said they take pride in their work. I highly recommend them!

Our family had our master bathroom completely remodeled, and the job went smoothly with no issues. They completed our bathroom in about 3 short weeks and every thing has a nice finsh. We now have a large walk in shower with bench, and soaker tub. Would recommend!

Louis and his helper came out today and replaced the entire workings of my commode, as it has been letting water run continuously. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and after going to get parts, he had it fixed quickly. He also worked on a porch light, and had that working. Louis only charged for parts, as he wants to give back to the community by doing handyman jobs for senior citizens at no charge. I highly recommend his company.

I had my kitchen remodeling and they were professional and on time!!

We had someome from here come out towards the end of May and told us he would email us in a week for the estimate. Well now its been 3 weeks and no answer or replies We have called in and they say they will email and see whats going on but never responded back to us. We have contacted them for a week and nothing has been done. This is very unprofessional and dont waste your time here cause they wont respond to you.

I had an outdoor security and movement sensor light that flashed. It took two trips, new light bulbs and a phone cell to correct the problem. Louis was courteous and professional during the maintenance, which was especially important to me, as my husband was having surgery during the time the work was done. I never had to worry about him at my house while I was in the hospital with my husband.I am also happy to know that Louis helps senior citizens with their repair problems, sometimes at no charge. He is an excellent addition to our community.

This has to be one of the best companies that Ive dealt with in years. They even return calls!!! What a concept. Louis was fantastic. He did what he said he was going to do and His employees were very clean and conscientious about the job they were doing. In October of 2018 Louis Rosario from premier quality home improvements hired my company to do a job that was beyond their capability or expertise.I own a landscaping company based out of Seymour Tennessee. The job was completed to the homeowner satisfaction in 2018 October. in fact the homeowner has hired us for several other projects because they were so happy with the job done.We have contacted Louis Rosario as well as his company no less than five times by email, five times by calling and leaving messages by the way I believe this is somebody in a call center because we never get a return call. We have also emailed all three emails listed on their contact information no less than five times, we have sent the invoice several times, we have called Louis Rosarios personal cell phone as well as text him several times still the invoice remains to be unpaid.This has hit a point of not just frustration but for us to proceed legally. With us being a small company an over $2000.00 unpaid invoice is determental. Imagine if this was a theft!! It would be a felony amount.Now this article is not just to inform people of the fact of what subcontractors are going through to get paid on a signed and %100 approved quote with the work completely done and a 100% satisfied home owner, but more importantly to let the public know before they hire this company and finish paying them they may want to do their checking.I have contacted the homeowner for which we did the work for to let them know that this was the situation and that we would have to have them sign a statement about the repair, and much to my surprise the homeowner informed me that they had paid Premier Quality Home Improvement for the repair in which my company was subcontracted to make. My home owner has several unresolved issues also. He is having the same issues with this company. This invoice is well over $2, 000.00.Now I ask you this and the world of criminal acts $2,000 is considered a felony why would we look at this any different? Is this simply that they cant pay their bills? If so do you really want a lien put against your house for what a subcontractor does on your property? Because that can actually happen in the event that youre reading this article and you do not know that. Not to mention subcontractors that take people to court, have to have the homeowner brought into the situation many times. So I ask you again is this really the type of company you would like doing work on your home??Now Im sure this company is going to have some justification as to why weve not been contacted or paid in well over four months. However Im going to tell you this: I can actually scan and post all documentation as well as the inspection from the homeowner that the repair was completed and above satisfaction, so that isnt slander or liable. We also have photographic proof of this and now due to the fact that this is unresolved we will be seeking legal resolution to the issue.

Ive been trying for over 5 months to get leaking issued fixed from a upstairs renovation that they completed in April. I called and reported 4 times and even had a repair day scheduled with a no call no show. Also, I had interior damage done that I had to fix myself from damages caused from the workers. I was also required to pay the last of the initial installments before all the work was completed.

At first I was not really sure about hiring this company, but oh boy after they finish my front porch I became a premier repeatedly customer.

Came to our rental house to look at our painting project on friday. Was told we would have a quote by monday. No quote on monday and had to call two times to talk to Louis. Finally called back to say he had internet issues so the quote didnt go out. Was told i would have a quote by tuesday end of day. Tuesday no quote. Called Wednesday twice and still no response or returned call. If you arent interested in doing the work you shouldnt waste peoples time.
