We had the seats in my husbands truck fixed in March by Andrew and we are VERY happy! We werent sure what to expect, but think they turned out great. They even look better in person than they do in the photos. We wanted to give it some time before we posted our review to make sure they would hold up well, and of course, they still look amazing 5 months later! Not going to lye I waited just about a month but it was well worth the wait. Fibrenew did an amazing job on our leather chair! (We got ink on the arm of it and then we damaged it even further by trying to remove the ink.) Was referred via an internet search for upholstery repair. Definitely glad I followed thru save tons of $$$ and the service was excellent my seats where 14 years old and he made them look almost new.

I waited longer than I should have to get my couch repaired. I was worried with “how will I get it somewhere?”. I shouldn’t have worried, he came to my house! Fibrenew did a beautiful job on both the back of my couch and the ottoman. He fixed the couch right in my house in a few hours. He took the ottoman in his van and brought it back very quickly (less than three days, I think). Next time, I’ll call sooner.

He removed scratches from a plastic TV stand, repaired the corner of a white wood desk that had been smashed and matched the dye on my leather recliner to cover stains incurred during the move. Andrew did a fantastic job repairing and renewing my Leather/Vinyl Golf Bag. The base threads rotted out and the base was separating from the body of the bag. Andrew figured out how to reattach the base, then treated the bag with protective cream, re-dyed the threads and other faded spots on the leather/vinyl and returned the bag to me at a very reasonable cost. Fantastic job !!!!!

On 8/30/19 one of my dreams came true regarding my home. We had bought a couch about twenty years ago that was beginning to show wear. It had developed a tear on the right side were your arm goes and was beginning to show wear on the front. So my husband began looking on line for a good company that worked specifically with leather repair. Thats when he found Fibrenew and Andrew. So we made the call and setup an appointment. My husband went to work and Andrew arrived on time and I showed him the couch and he went to work immediately. He told me of different steps he could take on fixing issues concerning the couch. I told him what I wanted done and he went to work immediately. Poor guy, I kept going into my garage watching all that he was doing. Instead of chasing me out he not only explained to me what he was doing but then he continued to tell me the steps that would follow. I found myself intrigued by what he was doing and almost waiting to see when he would start the next step.He is a perfectionist and takes great pride in the finished product and to be honest I LOVED IT. Unlike so many contractors who do an alright job, he did excellent. He has to be happy with the finished product as well as you. And guess what ladies, have you ever walked into a furniture store and seen a leather couch you liked but it only came in about five colors. The colors were generally black, brown, white, burgundy, green, and thats if you were lucky. You would have to decorate your room around your couch because you were do limited. THOSE DAYS ARE OVER, You can now buy an piece of leather furniture you want and Andrew can color it any color you want. So now you are free to decorate your room with colors you like and are not limited to decorating around a few. I am not an interior decorator but I can tell you that opens up a whole lot of different possibilities. I highly recommend this company and contractor Andrew, you will not be disappointed.

The appointment was set up with ease, he arrived slightly early and the work was first class. I would highly recommend them. They did a very thorough job.

While removing the dash bezel to install a stereo in my 2004 Super Duty, I cracked and broke off 2 of the mounting tabs. With the dash bezel no longer available, I called Andrew to ask about fixing it. He was able to fix the crack and color match the repair perfectly. He even reinforced the area to Prevent the problem from happening again. After installing in the truck, it’s as good as new.

The weather was not favorable to Andrew getting the job done as rain decided to set in, but with a little thought and good ol ingenuity he made a temporary tent out of a tarp that I had and pushed forward to get the job finished. Andrew was easy to work with from the initial call for a quote to putting in the long hours to get the job finished. We are very happy and will be recommending you to friends.

The 247k miles that i traveled in my ‘04 Lexus took a toll on the driver side armrest. The cost of a new one was over $350. I found leather-like arm ‘covers’- ugly.
