Kim and Doug were extremely pleasant and helpful. She quickly corrected a mistake before I could take a deep breath and Doug made sure that the tire I received would last a long time. The overall staff is extremely knowledgeable. One of the techs even stated hed come in on his day off to fix a persons car! In these times customer service is limited but always great to experience!

OMG! I had the most wonderful and professional experience. I was only going in to have one tire replaced. I had the pleasure of meeting the District Manager Ebony Bell. She educated me on the importance and safety of having my tires rotated and an alignment when my car gets an oil changed. She offered me the promotion that was going on and sold me 4 new tires. I was introduced to the store manager and the staff was very nice and professional. Kim was very patient and helped me with the lease option for the purchase of my 4 new tires. I have visited other locations but this one was the BEST. I will definitely recommend this location to others. I had an awesome experience. Customer Service still exists!

Superb service! Normally when you walk into establishments such as this it could be a little intimidating because people give you the energy that they only want your money. Not here! They show genuine concern and anything that you are not educated on they have patience with you. They are honest here. I’ll definitely be back!

The air got colder and my tire light went on this am. I stopped by Mavis Tires (known here as NTB but they were purchased by Mavis. A VERY nice man checked the pressure in my tires even though they were busy and had 5 cars ahead of me for service. I am making an appointment to get new tires with this place, today. I have always just sort of stuck to the same places (so many tire places on Cobb Parkway) but time is valuable. This person fit me in and he didnt charge me for the service. I believe no one should work for free and I was happy to pay. They now have a new customer.

I went to Mavis because my car dealership hasnt had any openings for a while. I was pleasantly surprised with Mavis. Kim was wonderful! She helped me all the stuff I needed to get done. She was very informative and super kind. I love the service she gave me, because its hard to find people that are kind now a days. Thank you very much, Kim! I will definitely be returning.

Tried to scam me. I was getting my tires rotated. I was told that one of my brakes was really low. It was at 30% which isnt really a concern, but I guess they hope people might expect that is bad. I asked if it needed to get fixed, and they said it did.Was waiting for almost two hours with no updates. I asked, and was told that the brake had to be ordered. I told them I no longer wanted the brake done. They said they couldnt do that because everything was already taken apart. So they basically keep you hostage when they are not able to do the work. I go back to my car, and magically the brake was there when I walked back.I was told that one person got the brake when they took their lunch (at 3:00?) First, it was on order. Another person said they got it at a store. Couldnt keep a story strait.Took a picture of my old brake, and it looks almost new. So it was a lie that it was looking low. Made them put my old brake back on. Was only charged for the tire rotation because we threatened to take them to court because they almost scammed us for over $300.I was told that the mechanics get a commission, so it would make sense that they would make things up when I had a cheap job to do.

The customer service at Mavis Tires and Brakes is amazing. Kim helped me to get my car seen the same day although the call center did not schedule my appointment. The Call center did not put my appointment in the computer. Thank you Kim for being kind and getting me in the same day. I truly appreciate it.

Great service!!! We temporarily relocated due to hurricane Ida, before leaving we got an oil change and was told we needed an alignment and possibly new tires. I called and searched countless tires shops and was completely frustrated that everyone was backed up. I drove down the main road from our hotel and arrived at Mavis. Kim greeted me with a smile, listened and provided the best customer service Ive gotten in a long time! The entire staff is nice and friendly! They did a great job servicing our vehicle, and got us safely on the road! Thank you so much!!!

I made an appointment and each time I called each person was patient and kind. I arrived today and was greeted even though the desk attendant was helping a customer check out. She walked out to the car and got what she needed, even checking my tires after I asked for a tire price quote. It’s nice and cool on the inside on a hot day. I was notified of work being done and checked out in a timely manner. I’ve been to this location several times.

I dont make bad reviews, but this experience has been awful. I went there to get the vibration of my car fixed, oil change, and a tire installation. I was told that the wait would be a couple of hours, and it took 6 hours. When I came back an hour + later, the car wasnt started on.I understood that, and I was patient. I paid $180 (including a $25 discount for the wait and my patience), and I was satisfied. I got back in my car, and it was still shaking . Two people assured me twice that the vibration wouldnt be a problem when I left. I even asked right before I left because they said I had a 3,000 miles /30 day warranty if I had to come back . I came right back and said its still shaking, and one of the two people who reassured me told me that What speed? Oh we only touched that one tire that we put on. We didnt touch the other three. I said well, I got the tire alignment to stop the vibration and he continues to tell me that the alignment doesnt help with that after both individuals told me that my car wouldnt shake when I left. I said well, can I get the 3 tires balanced?, and he said I wont be able to do that today but we can set an appointment . He didnt care at all about this, and I wish the two women who were there before were there to assist me because I feel that the response would have been better.I left . Hopefully there can be a solution to this when I call because this was just 😳.

The service is great from the time you call until your car service is completed. Please ask for Doug he was originally on the hill at Goodyear on Cumberland Pkwy near Chikfila. Doug has been provided intake service for my vehicle for over 3 years. I prefer to maintain relationships and trust me the mechanics here are great! I highly recommend Doug at Mavis Tires! The Best!!

If they had a better more functional waiting area, I would have given them a 5 star. The facility is clean and the staff is great. They know tires quite well.

They will try to fast talk you into repairs you dont need done. Anyone with a flashlight and a car jack can find problems with an old car. That doesnt mean those issues actually need fixing. They do a good job otherwise.

Great folks here. Earlier this summer I had them replace and rotate some tires and they were quick and efficient. This morning, I had run over a nail and couldnt schedule an appointment to get a patch done, so Doug immediately went out and topped off all of the tires to tide me over until I can get in and get the work done.

I had a blowout in one of my tires and had to get my vehicle towed to this facility and they gave me a quote for a new tire and when I got there they stayed true to their word and they gave me a way better price then the other places I called to. They also gave me updates periodically as my car was being worked on. The customer service was amazing and Ill definitely be coming back for future work on my vehicle. As a side note, for anyone who has ever been in this kind of situation and had to have their vehicle towed, It can be very stressful and a lot of places take advantage of people in this type of situation, but this place really made me feel at ease and calm about everything and the whole situation turned out to be very pleasant because of them. Kim and Payton are very friendly. Especially, I like that Kim called customers sweetheart. They absolutely know what they have to do for customers. They looks always busy but they keep smiling. I respect it.The reason for visiting there was a flat tire. They recommended me to change my tire with Maviss tire instead of the same as mine because it was out of stock. Im not sure how much it is good, but its fine so far.

Great experience at this Mavis location. This morning I dragged a twig down the driveway and when I turned onto my street, my tire pressure sensor light came on. I immediately pulled over, and after a visual inspection, I saw that all tires looked inflated properly. Because I was on the way to work, I prayed Id at least make it to work, because I started a new job this week and had training class. I made it to work where I pulled out my tire pressure gauge and measured tire pressure on all tires. All tires were between 30 and 32 psi which is normal and shouldnt have triggered the sensor. I brought my car by to this Mavis because it was the closest tire shop. Lucky I did. Kim was very knowledgeable and reassuring and the technician found the same result, which were tires had normal air Pressure, and he checked the sensor and found nothing wrong. They didnt even charge me for the 20 mins it took them to examine my car. Very honest of them and over the top exceptional customer service. I cant tell you how relieved I was, since I started a new job, and dont get paid until Friday.

Kim, the Asst. Manager, is the definition of Great Customer Service…(which is a dying art form!) She has the perfect balance of personality & good business sense required to build trust with her customers. I’m currently waiting for the full service recommendations on my vehicle & will report back with that experience. 😉

Charles Henry was a godsend. One of the first times I’ve felt an automotive center looked out for my best interest. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice. Because of Mr. Henry, I will definitely be coming back and recommending this location.

I waited for 3 hours out in the rain because their waiting room isnt kept sanitary. (My sympathies to the owner of this car pictured, since it definitely got rain inside.)Also, tire replacement and alignment shouldnt take 3 hours especially since I had an appointment. I have no idea what took so long, but it seemed to speed up when I stood outside the garage so I could watch the progress (in doing so I discovered many mechanics here do not cover their mouth and nose).When I arrived I told the office staff that I would CONSIDER wiper blades if I indeed needed them, but they were installed without checking with me first. I wasnt even told before paying. In fact, I wouldnt have known until I got in the car if I had not looked at the itemized receipt.To Mavis credit, they discounted my bill due to the wait and refunded the money for the wiper blades. I still will not be returning since my one experience was so extremely sub-par.

I visited this Mavis looking for a set of lugs, but had to wait for Nikola to finish consulting a customer on the phone.As someone who has learned a great deal more about cars over the past 20 years than I ever intended to, I can state that Nikola was absolutely spot-on in not only his diagnosis of the brake issue that the caller was experiencing but also in the unscripted checklist he went through to explain why it couldnt be anything except the rotors. Furthermore, he was very patient and professional in his wording and tone.When he was finally able to direct his attention to me, he knew exactly where to send me for help since they did not have the item for which I was looking (a key to replace the one I lost for my locking lug nuts).

I purchased 4 new tires and an alignment for my 2014 Toyota Tundra. Not only did I wait for 2.5 hours after I had a scheduled appointment no one at the shop knew about? I had to witness an employee get chewed out by the manager for not ensuring tire pressure was correct before another customer left. Also had to watch that same employee who had no idea how to drive a big truck try to back mine out and let me tell you, it was terrifying. They also knocked two of the center caps off of my rims. At this point I wanted to take my truck and get out of that place. The next day on my way to work my truck was shaking and my step bar had been knocked so loose it was making an awful rattle noise. I took my truck back to have the alignment checked and my step bar tighten. The employees at the time told me it was not my alignment but my routers. That was false. The employees also referred to my step bar as a sway bar which is crazy to me. How could they mess that up? Two different places on the truck? They were also telling me that my “sway bar” was not loose. It was my struts and I needed to get them replaced. At this point I knew that these people were only out for my money. I took my truck to Tony’s Tires in my hometown and was rightfully taken care of. They re-aligned my truck and even tighten my STEP bar after the dumdums at Mavis Tires and Brakes knocked it loose. They also inspected my routers and struts and everything is in fine condition. I would not recommend this company or it’s employees to anyone.

Ive gotten numerous services from this Mavis but today I had an appointment for an oil change and air filter change. Upon arrival I could tell it was busy and asked for an estimate time frame on being done. I have a 3yr old and had to wait on my vehicle. He said his mechanics just went on lunch so it would be 30 min before they get back?? I said why schedule appointments during a break. He said I dont know i guess they got hungry?? Confused I asked if I could come back in 30 min and he said no that would be canceling your appointment.. At this point it was going to be at least 2 hours for a 20 min service so we left. I found a great spot at take 5 oil change drive thru had me in and out in 20 min ...dont waste your time on nonsense obviously they already had enough business and didnt need mine ... wont be back.

Drove into the Mavis Tire at 2195 Cobb Parkway yesterday to inquire about a 4 wheel alignment. Nikola, the manager, was extremely courteous and was able to take my car on the spot. I was out in under 30 minutes with a full 4 wheel alignment and even got $10 off thanks to an online coupon! The technician who performed the alignment was super nice and even demonstrated how the alignment machine works. I got a snapshot of the final settings and everything was in the green. I highly recommend Mavis Tire at 2195 Cobb Parkway. Excellent service!!!
