Used them for several years for my second Vehicle; even after I relocated to another state and left the vehicle in Atlanta.. After almost 3 years of paying insurance on a car that I never drove.. I decided that I wouldn’t be driving the car so I would let the insurance laps .. I was instead charged for an additional month and sent to collections for this balance; before I even knew about the balance ( dinged my credit). Janard Dozier choose to not reverse the balance or do anything of assistance for this charge, even though they could.. Poor customer service; wouldn’t recommend this office or ever use them again!

Nice at first to get your money! When I’ve tried to file a legit claim sassy office manager Jared tries to talk me out of it and was very rude doing so! Wouldn’t recommend at all if I can give -100 stars I would!!!!!! Stay far away

I had this company for five years and i have never been treated this bad before. Jabar is not the problem it is the lady working in the office. She is rude. She likes to lie if she doesnt like you just to make you leave.
