I always get great customer service out of Farmers insurance I always give it a five star rating.

Gregory is an awesome agent! I ask a lot questions and ponder quite a but before making a decision. He was patient with me and answers all of my questions as well as my emails. He even has same day response, and although he has a team of workers-I always prefer to speak to him. I would at least recommend getting a quote with him, his agency is saving me a good bit of money compared to my last insurance company.

Since day one I have been quite pleased with the quality of service and professionalism the Gregory agency provides and has shown me over the past two years. I recommend Mr. Gregory as often as I can to friends family and colleagues. Anytime I have a question or concern, either he or his assistant responds immediately. Cant ask for a better agency than this.

My first visit at this location was not what I expected especially after hearing that funny tune all of my teenage years,we are farmers bum bum bum bum bum bum. I received an online quote for auto insurance and rental insurance and decided to visit the location because it was less than 3 miles from my home. When I arrived the agency owner was very rude and also speaking to a customer on the phone yelling you are always late and every month his policy cancels. He did not acknowledge me and I waited 35 minutes even after I called and was told he would be available. When he did become available to see me I explained my need for insurance he began to sternly repeat if I had any accidents Farmers would not really care to have me as a customer. I admit, I did have a parking ticket 6 months ago and it was paid. He informed me I was not the type of customer Farmers would want. Another downfall I noticed is as I was waiting for him to become available after waiting the 35 minutes while on a call, 2 friends that appeared to speak in his native language, he serviced before me after I have now sat for literally an hour. Do yourself a favor if you want to have insurance with Farmers Insurance my suggestion is to find an office other than this location. Also when I asked if he could speak clearer or to repeat anything in terms of explaining the policy,he became very defensive and asked if I can understand English. What in the world??? Do yourself a favor and seek a agent who will appreciate your business and not insult you or run as fast as you can!!!

The STAFF is extremely professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable of the competitive insurance industry; I would not hesitate to refer my family and friends to this agency. Bascially, I would give 100 stars for saving $$$ on my policy. Way to go, Mr. Gregory!
