We were just passing through town and realized I needed brakes on my Ford F-250. The owner got up early the next day so he could install the brakes outside because it was to big for his shop. Seems to have done a great job. Super friendly and total was 300 bucks below initial quote. If I’m ever back in Smyrna I won’t hesitate to use him again.

I will never purchase other vehicle from this location again. It hasn’t been 6 months and my vehicle has been in the shop multiple times. Apparently once the car leaves the lot, your SOL. I’m guessing all their positive reviews must be fake or something.

Behzad and his staff is amazing I bought a 2010 charger from them the thing runs great the cat was in bad shape but told him about it and he’s fixing it free of charge highly recommended company if you need a used car that’s cheap and will last you a pretty long time after you buy it this place is the best for you.

Both my sons have bought cars from Behzad. In every situation since then if he can help he has. I am now bringing my truck there when anything is needed. His prices are fair and his staff is quick.

Excellent staff, and owner very courteous and willing to help without an appointment! Made me feel appreciated that I stopped for nail in my tire, and battery in my key fob. This was my second visit to the Auto Emporium and I have exceptional service yet again. While my first visit involved my breaks and rotors needing to be fixed, this time, it was in regards to my check engine light illuminating. I was given an answer in to why that was lit up and they were able to get my car fixed right away, alongside an oil change! I am very appreciative to have such a reliable auto shop to go to in town. I have came to auto emporium for years. Many shops have there good and bad. This shop is reliable,affordable and dependable. Not to mention sells cars. I have bought many cars here including my own. What i like is there is they have 30 day warranty when you buy the car plus they work on your car if need a machanic at a low price. Most sell as is or just not care after the sale. I have ran into no problems but one fan issue the whole two years and quick to fix the issue. Behzad has a great heart and his family too. Okay had my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado taken here for repairs after a wreck after reading reviews. Initially got a good impression. FAKE. The owner put a dealership tag on my truck and was joyriding in my vehicle after repairs. Called the police cause i used my navigation cause I was wondering what was taking so long for me to get my ride back and i saw my truck was no longer on the lot. It was at his personal residence after business hours. Second, just had some more work done on my truck at my dealership I bought the truck from and I find out sensors had been replaced with used sensors. Second-hand parts. I would be willing to testify in court to all this shadiness. Have records of the police report and everything. Deserves negative 5 star review actually. All the positive reviews is probably because they dont know he has shafted them yet

I needed a power steering pump replacement for my 99 Honda accord. Most well-known auto places quoted me around $600-$700 for the job. I gave Auto Emporium a try and was very glad I did. Bazod quoted me under $300 for the job including taxes and had everything done very quickly. I even asked him for a quote on a minor issue with my brake lights not turning off on another vehicle and he went out there and fixed it quickly free of charge. I will definitely be coming back for future auto repairs.

I love this place and the mechanics are great. I first went there for a headlight replacement which he did at that very moment and so quickly that it didnt give me the chance to tell him I also needed an oil change. But he did the oil change just a quick. I went back today for another oil change. I barely had enough time to write this review. Thank you Emporium!

He is one of the best if not THE best mechanics Ive ever taken my car to. Very affordable, upfront, honest, helpful. He wont jack you around or make up issues with your vehicle in order to get more money out of you. Hell tell you exactly whats going on and then hell fix it in a timely manner. I waited maybe 20 minutes for a break job and it is the BEST BREAK JOB Ive ever received on any vehicle Ive owned. I now drive from Madison to Smyrna just for my oil change because I trust him that much and Im very particular on who works on my car. Its my baby and I paid a lot of money for it. Very honest guy. Great service and price. He has always told us upfront what the issue was and his quote has always been lower than others. In fact, after quoting us he suggested we look around. I’ve never felt pressured once or had to deal with some ‘upgraded service’ or additional issue that had to be done right away. We have had a knock sensor replaced and relocated to a more accessible place, a leak in our window fixed, brakes, timing belt, water pump and oil changes. Highly recommended.

Dont trust them. Was loosing coolant in my Chevy Blazer. I drove that blazer a lot of years and had done things such as replacing Alternators, plugs an wires, distributor caps etc. I knew they were going to charge me to put it on a rack, they have a cost of doing business too and a mechanic on duty. But he charged me $80.00 to tell me that my water pump was leaking and wanted $450.00 to fix it, and did Not even offer to work with me on the price since I had just gave him $80 bucks of my hard earned money. I just gave the Auto Emporium a test drive and they failed. Dont go near the place. Work with people a little..

I took my truck bed topper there 3-31-17 to be painted and the owner told me quoted me a price of $400.00 but he said for $700 he could guarantee it for a year and it would look flowless. When I came to pick it up 4 days past when he said it would be ready, it had paint runs and trash all in it. I would stay away from this company. They will tell you it will be perfect but cant deliver. I Dont want the same thing to happen to someone else.

After calling several mechanics in and around the area, I thought I might try the mechanic I’ve used in the past for oil changes, rotor replacement, etc. I am so glad I did! I needed a new air compressor. I would have called him sooner but wasn’t sure he did that kind of work. He not only did an excellent job, he is such a kind, knowledgeable, and honest man. AND he was able to replace my air compressor with a new one for almost half of what I had been quoted by everyone else. I just referred someone else there today for the same problem. Will not take my car any place else!!

I took my Cadillac to Auto Emporium for a paint job on both bumpers. My paint is a three stage paint with pearl in it and they did ok. At first glance it looked great. When i got it home there were 6 or 7 spots where it was difficult to wet sand, so those spots are dull and rough. They also ran the paint near the bottom of the bumper in 2 pretty large spots and didnt fix it. They are cheaper than anywhere else, but you get what you pay for.I just washed the car for the first time since i got it back. There is overspray on my coated aluminum wheels. Cant sand it off or i will ruin the finish. More and more disappointed.

Brought my car here after being quoted over $400 at Firestone. They fixed my car for half the price and did it the same day. These guys are great and Have earned a loyal customer for life!

0.0 stars actually. I was party to the incident that caused so much distrust with these folks. First of all, my husband went to have front end work done on his Chevy Silverado after an accident Oct. 20, 2019 My husband looked up this place and noticing that they had five star reviews, figured he would give them a try. The owner made a good impression, told him that he could do the work . The first week, they communicated what would need to be done, and that some parts were ordered, so we had to get a rental vehicle as our insurance would allow at the time. Second week comes around, communication dwindles, and that they are not calling and letting him know how they are coming along with the truck. He, not wanting to be a pest, constantly has to call them to find out where he stands because insurance would only pay for rental for so long. They give him an update, so he tries to be patient. Third week comes along, still nothing heard . Husband still has to call, many times with no answer. Friends and family are even asking how long this guy would have his vehicle because they had never had repairs take that long. We dont live far from the place so we occasionally drive by to see if the truck is on the lot. Sometimes we couldnt tell whether or not it was even there. assumed maybe it was parked inside. Beginning of 4th week, my husband calls and asks about the situation. They tell him that they had to wait for some paint to dry on the truck if the weather permits and he could come get it in maybe a couple of days. This by the way is not concrete information to go on, as we need complete validation from them that the work had been completed, which we never got. We have issues with the insurance paying for the rental and have to pay the rental fees out of pocket. Saturday, November 17, to be exact, we still havent received a call from him to say whether it was ok to come get the vehicle. My husband has to go to work in the rental, and at 4:00 pm (they close at 5), I go to the establishment and I look for the truck. All have left early and the truck is not on the grounds. I head back home and tell my husband. My husband pulls up his Chevy app to look for the trucks location. It is in Antioch, Tn, an area off of Pin Hook where it turns out the owner lives. We call the police initially because were thinking maybe an employee of his could be joyriding in our vehicle without his knowledge. I even drive over myself to the location, not to approach him, but to confirm where the truck was. I confirm to the police that that was where it was. His excuse for taking the vehicle that (he stated the work was finished with) on a Friday evening to keep over the weekend was that we did not come to pick it up.. He never called to confirm that it was ok to come pick it up, plus, i showed up during business hours only to find it closed, so how were we supposed to have done that. He lied. Then he said that he wanted to drive it to make sure that everything was ok with the truck., on a Friday, over another weekend, leaving my husband to pay even more for a rental car. So he drove it on a Friday, over a whole weekend, to make sure that everything was ok with a truck that he said was done and we didnt come pick up????? Anyone out there can try to make sense of that to me, but it wont work.. SO, because the police contacted him and told him that he was inconveniencing us, he agreed to bring the truck back to the shop on Sunday. I asked him the very questions that i stated a few sentences back and all he could tell me was what can i say, Im sorry, thats all I can say .. He was so sorry that he said that he would cut us a deal and reduced the charge, not by a great deal mind you, but it was reduced. Drive the truck home, alignment still bad, parking sensors not working. Call back to set up a time for him to fix that, he doesnt call back. Husband goes to Chevy dealership instead, only to find that he put used parts on the new truck, which we have on hand now. so you five star reviewers, and go get your vehicles checked.
