Ive been using Ross & Company for approximately 4 years. It began when I received a notice from the IRS that I owed a bunch of money. This was due to an error or errors I made while using Quicken and trying to do my taxes myself. I hired him to fill out some somewhat-complicated tax returns (moved cities/states, jobs, various reimbursement forms, stock options, itemized deductions, etc.) that I didnt feel comfortable filling out.Glen had been recommended to me and the high praise I heard was extremely well deserved. He was incredibly professional and responsive, even only a few weeks before the April 15 deadline. I will never go back to doing my own taxes again and have already recommended him to a colleague of mine for next year.One of the best parts, besides everything described above, is Glens willingness to answer questions and to offer help throughout the year for any new tax questions at no extra charge (e.g. filing new W-4s to adjust withholding, etc.).Simply the best -- dont ever rely on H&R Block or the like again. Everything can be done on the cloud with exponentially greater attention to detail and care, for prices comparable to big chains.
