I have experience an inconsistent issue with delivery and pick of the mail. When try to call the post office, no one answers and customer service does not provide you the option to speak with a representative. Instead of having a 2 hours window for mail delivery and pick-up, there is a 5 hours window which is insane. As a medical company is important that mail get pick up on a daily basis and not be delay because of the inconsistent time. Mail person doesnt have a proper set schedule, he/she comes whenever. This situation is getting out of control and need to speak with management to find a better solution.

Lazy employees. Complain because I bring in to much packages. No wonder you guys are going out of business.

Mailed 2 priority packages to Colorado on Dec 16th . ( both mailed at the same time ) One package arrived after 14 days obviously missing Christmas ( tracking status had large gaps ) . Who knows where the other package is I can’t even track it because it doesn’t say where it is except it will be arriving late . We are talking $80 + in postage for services not provided !!! They should have never accepted packages if they weren’t able to provide the service. Today is Jan 11th still no updates !!!( the last update was Dec 28th & didn’t indicate where package was at that time, 26 days and counting so far !!! )

This is an actual conversation I had with a manager at this location after one of his carriers picked up my FedEx Express packages.Manager: Well I dont know what happened, maybe someone gave them to him.Me: No one gave them to him, he took them out of a hamper, and do you not train your people how to recognize a FedEx label vs. a USPS one?Manager: Well I dont know about that.Great job guys!

I dont know why people are complaining harshly, but I have always encountered nice people here. The workers are very helpful and respectful.

Utter Incompetence. Missed a delivery 1 time, I rescheduled for 2 days later. I was home all day, no one came to door. Now I find out it was already returned to sender ??? I thought they were supposed to try and deliver 3 times. They only tried once and ignored my redelivery request. The only reason we even need these clowns is for AMAZON deliveries

Just opened a new small business and had to ship a package with plants inside. Took all precautions necessary and made sure outside of the box had fragileand this end up stickers all over it. Apparently usps disregards it anyway because when my package arrived to my customer it looked as if someone kicked it as hard as possible and and left the box and all items inside severely damaged (I have pictures to prove it) to the point I had to send new items to my customer free of charge. I will never ship anything through here again. Lesson learned. Will be filing a complaint.

The lady who worked the front counter is extremely rude, non helpful. Go anywhere besides here

I ordered a package in july. its been in transit/delayed since august. customer service puts me on hold for an hour now and i still havent talked to a representative.
