Brought my S21 Ultra here for screen replacement. Phone insurance sent me to the location. I was not disappointed. My phone was returned same day. You cant even tell the screen was replaced. The staff was friendly and polite.

I brought in an absolutely destroyed iPhone with the hopes of getting the info off the damaged phone and backed up. These great technicians made the impossible happen! Thank you so very much! It was an absolutely great experience! I highly recommend them for any issue you have!

First of all when you go on there web site they say they open at 10 am i drove to 2 of there businesses and they have signs saying they open at 12 pm . I drove from babylon to there establishment in smithtown not knowing the time they open was wrong . Second they could not pull up that i paid the $29.00 fee that i have to pay towards my deductible. so i had to purchase it twice . Third the ios update 15 came out 3 or 4 days ago they did not update there systems so instead of waiting 45 min i waited 2 n half hours . The worker told me it’s going to take longer bc there systems are not updated . So my experience is not happy with there service .

They did a good job fixing the broken screen on my iPad. The work was done professionally and ahead of the promised time. The only negative part of the experience was when they asked for my password as I was leaving the device to be repaired. Of course I didn’t give it. People should never be asked for their password.

Amazing experience! I needed an iPhone repair and was suggested this store by a Verizon worker. I received very quick and helpful service from the two workers I interacted with. Despite usually having average anxiety when entering a store, I laughed several times while speaking to the employees and was almost excited to see them again when I had to return for the pick-up the next morning. (I came in right before closing time the previous day, which he didnt complain about. In fact, he gave me an estimated time of pick up and told me exactly how Id know when to come in.) I was given lots of information on my options and used them to make the best one (the Asurion Home+ Plan) which Im very happy with. Perfect repair as well. Overall, I highly recommend going to this place!

I brought my broken phone charger port to a repair store in selden I was told how broken it was. I took it to unbreakifix in smithtown and they looked said it was just slightly bent and dirty. 20 minutes later my phone was fixed.

Just picked up my phone. Excellent experience. Highly recommend. Called yesterday on Sunday because my lower speaker stopped working. They ordered the part while on the phone. The next day, today, I dropped off my phone at 2:30 they had it ready by 5:30. The phone is a Pixel 3, over 2 years old, still working fine except for the speaker. $99 and now thats fixed.

The customer service quality has degraded to zero as far as Im concerned. When I entered the store I was not greeted and people were waiting for a very long time and nobody knew what was going on. When the young gentleman who is a trainee came out he seemed very negative about a lot of things in terms of repair time if the product was in their inventory, and so on. previously our experiences were very positive and everybody was optimistic and they worked relatively quickly. With my specific situation, I was told that my phone takes about 3 hours to repair for something that I have done twice before at about an hour and a half each time. if he was just honest and said that they were backed up I would have understood but he said it took 3 hours to repair my phone and I know that was not the case and I made it very clear that it wasnt. Theres another store in deer Park that I highly recommend. Their service is excellent, theyre quick, and very Positive. I would suggest you call them up instead.

Made appointment. Was told I had to wait 4 hours for repair anyway.... Left. No repair.

Dropped of my Pixel 3XL off at noon today and was told it would be about 2 hours. The receipt says 2:46 would be the estimated time. I showed up at 4:30 and waited 15 minutes in line before someone came out to help. I was then told the phone was still taken apart and not ready. The business closes at 5pm today and now I will be without my device. There were other customers in the store at the same time all expressing the same frustrations. The service of this location has severely declined. Not impressed at all. The staff member at the store informed me that they are understaffed and have too much volume at the store. But them knowing that beforehand, I feel like you should at least give your customers realistic deadlines that you can actually keep. I will be calling verizon regarding this store.

This is my second time using them. Broken S20+ screen. Cheapest place Ive found to replace my screen with an authentic replacement. With warranty. Definitely worth every penny spent. Will be back 😅

Great experience. From the moment I walked in the door the staff here was ready to help. I dropped off 2 older iphones that I thought could be problematic to repair because of their age. The staff explained as much to me as well. But within 30 minutes of dropping off the phones I got the call that they were all done and ready for pick up. I’ve used this Smithtown location at least three times. Great service including fixing my broken screen for a phone which I handed down to my son. Let me know the full price before doing work and then did work same day. I also brought in a cheaper android which they were honest enough to tell me to go online to save money.

Dropped my phone and shattered the screen during the plague. Thought I’d have to suffer with a hoopty phone but uBreakiFix Smithtown was open. Cole got it fixed up in less than an hour 😎 10/10 would recommend.

The negative review I posted earlier in the week was removed. And I notice that other 1 and 2 star reviews have also been removed. So this is a re-post.I cracked my Samsung Note 8 screen, and took my phone to uBreakiFix as directed by my insurance (Asurion - Verizon). The uBreakiFix corporate website stated that my phone would be able to be repaired without me having to provide my password. When I arrived at the Smithtown location, however, the tech told me that I would need to provide my password in order for them to perform post screen replacement testing. I told him I would waive the testing as I did not want to provide the password since I have sensitive client information on my phone. They refused to accommodate this request, and I ultimately had to choose between leaving with a cracked screen or performing a factory reset. I factory reset is a pain in the neck, but something I had to endure to to their policy which, as mentioned before, is misrepresented on their website FAQs. Very disappointed.

I was excited to use uBreakiFix. After initiating a claim on my device protection policy, Assurion recommended that instead of sending my device in for replacement that I go to uBreakIfix. The store was about 30 minutes away but I decided to give it a try. I called the store to ensure that I wasnt coming over for no reason and was surprised that the person I spoke with already had my info on file. I was told that if I came in the next morning they would have me in and out in about 2 hours. Next morning I drove over and checked in my phone expecting to be back in business in 2 hours. After about 10 minutes of signing in and performing device checks, I was told they were missing a part they needed for repair but they would have it tomorrow. I got in my car and drove home with my still broken device. The next day I showed up at the store and turned over my device. I was told to come back in 2.5 hours. Upon my return to the store I was told that because my device had evidence of water intrusion they couldnt fix it. I ended up having the device replaced through my insurance. All told, I lost two afternoons that Ill never get back. The stars I did give were for Jesse at the store who was super professional. I realize these things happen but this experience was pretty frustrating.
