Family owned. They found an amazing spot to start and it opens up into this enormous quarter mile span of the river where the wind picks up a bit. At the finish point, they come and pick you up and drive you back to the start. Bring bug spray and sun screen and a good brimmed hat.

We had a wonderful time! We were a group of five in two double kayaks and one single kayak. We arrived at 10am with our waivers filled out and ready which allowed us to be quickly checked in and queued for launch. All the staff were super nice, professional, and wearing masks. Instructions were clear and concise and we were off onto the water within 15 minutes of arrival. The course was long and lovely and offered plenty of gentle curves with a consistent current that let you coast or paddle as much as we liked. This was a great experience for a great price and I would definitely return!

My daughter and I love to kayak/canoe on our weekends. We have a few fav spots, but always look for new adventures. We both decided that this has become our new favorite spot. The entire trip was filled with some really beautiful scenery, as well a diverse plant and animal show. We will be returning here tomorrow, and a few more times during the season.And the people are super friendly. Thanks to that crew.

We loved our experience! Left one car near the bull and drove another up to Nissequogue State Park. Bobs staff were super friendly and accommodating. The ride wasnt strenuous, we went at a steady pace, relaxing at times and riding the current and finished in 1 hr 40 mins and we had about 3 hours to make it to the end in time, so we didnt feel rushed. We saw many different fish and birds, and a beaver. Brought little sandwiches and water for snacks along the way. One of our adults had our 6 year old in their kayak and she loved it! We highly recommend this excursion!

Great 5 mile canoe trip in the Nissequogue River. Family owned and operated. We got shuttled back in a mini bus to where we started from!

Great entry point, boats were ready and good communication of what to expect on the trip. Bob was wonderful to talk to on the phone as I was planning. When we arrived back the team was there to get the boats and greeted us and ensured we had a wonderful time.

Ive been going here since I was 13 and Im now 29. I absolutely love this place. Bob is also the coolest dude ever. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome day on long island. Its kid friendly and everyone friendly. You cant beat the prices for the adventure you get to go on. If your looking for a fun day out on long island try this place. You wont be disappointed. I give them 5 stars because I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Its a perfect retreat hidden in long island.

Very helpful and friendly and my favorite kayak trip on Long Island make sure you call in advance so you can get the right time for the tide otherwise you will end up paddling against the tide
