Since my stay in the hospital the last of May of this year 2021, I have had to have oxygen brought to me at home because the hospital doctor put me on it and it has helped me tremendously and with that being said the company that we chose for me to get my supplies from was Family Medical Supply, right there in Smithfield NC. They have been very good to me this far and I dont think I am going to have any problems with them. They have been very helpful at lot of things that I have needed along now .I would recommend this business to anyone that was in need of medical supplies

I had to go in to pick up my CPAP and take a class on how to use it and care for it. Lena was absolutely perfect, she made me feel confident, and comfortable in what I was learning. She is so knowledgeable in what she does any questions I had she had an answer. I left feeling absolutely glad I went. I know if I ever have and issues or questions Ill be calling her. This woman works so hard at what she does, someone give this woman a raise. Also please let her decorate that room in the back. It really needs a new look that room is the only complaint I have. Other than that I loved the entire experience and meeting Lena.

Awesome customer service from a caring and knowledgeable staff. They have helped me with CPAP issues on several occasions and have always gone above and beyond to resolve issues. Lena was awesome. Thorough review of everything. Made me feel comfortable in the class and with the machine and the process. Im new to CPAP so it was a bit daunting. But I came home, set it up and used it. It went exactly like I was shown! The other staff with which I interfaced was awesome also.

I was obviously NOT thrilled when my sleep study proved what I already knew - that I needed a CPAP machine because of severe obstructive sleep apnea. But, I am ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with Family Medical Supply in Smithfield NC and especially with Lena!

Thankfully, I have this opportunity to share with all my deep appreciation for the positive experience I have had by the wonderful customer service I have received as a Sleep Apnea patient from Family Medical Supply in Smithfield. Over the past approx 3 months I have tried 3 different masks which have not been ideal for helping me to sleep as I had hoped. The individuals at the store have been most patient, courteous, and thoughtful of my plight. FINALLY, after a lot of perseverance Lena was able to obtain the Airfit N30 which my sleep doctor had recommended (Lena did as well). I can FINALLY say without hesitation, the Airfit N30 is the best fitting, most comfortable, less cumbersome mask which I have tried over the past 3 months. It is the one which I have needed to help me obtain the deep restorative sleep I have not been able to have for years. I look forward to start to feel better soon because of being able to FINALLY SLEEP! Thank you greatly!!!!!!

I purchased a SoClean2 Unit and adapter which I am planning to give as a Christmas gift. The staff members i interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Lena also offered further assistance if the recipient of the gift had questions and gave me her personal business card so the recipient would have her personal contact information.
