I purchased my jewelry over a decade ago. I had a warranty for sizing. In all of my years of shopping, two people that helped me were detail oriented people and took much time with me. This is very good for the orientation of this business. My husband is a dentist and employeeslike this are very rare. Bernice and Rudy. It is almost impossible to find anyone that actually cares about the customer.

Holly and Rachel were amazing! I could not have had a better team to help me with purchasing my wedding rings! They are super sweet. They made this Zales location a staple in purchasing jewelry for all of our future needs! When we visited the outlets we went into Kay Jewelers. The service at Kay’s was absolutely horrendous. Their store was dirty and smelled bad. The lady that helped us treated my future husband and myself as if we were not welcome. It was refreshing to see the enthusiasm of Holly and Rachel after such a bad experience at Kay’s.
My fiance and I purchased our rings from this location about a month ago. Service rep, April Thompson, was such a pleasure. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right rings that not only fit our personalities..but also our budget. Great experience!
Im always treated with courtesy and respect. The staff is knowledgeable about their jewelry. The only reason why I didnt rate them a 5 is because they dont offer military discounts anymore.
Me and my husband were in Zales July 14, 2018 about to purchase a ring. We had $5000.00 cash in our pocket. However the service was horrible. As we circle the store waiting patiently for help. A young lady asked us can she assist us, so we said yes and then we said we are looking for weddings rings. She walked over to the counter and told us she didnt feel like being here because she just got out the hospital and she doesnt feel good. Then i asked her could i see this ring in the showcase and she gave me the ring. Another customer came up asked her what kind of ring that i had on. The sales associate left me with the ring on my finger to help another person. I could had walk out Zales with the ring on my finger and still had my money in my pocket. She needs to be fired. Im a honest person but not everyone is as honest as me.
Brittany was the nicest sales representative that I have ever worked with. She was so incredibly happy, helpful and friendly. I will recommend her for all jewelry neeeds!
I have so many amazing things to say! Where do I start.... Okay so first and formost April Thompson is the absolute sweetest person. Her customer service is phenomenal, my fiancée and I visited this store last week to shop for our wedding rings. April went above and beyond to help us and create the most pleasant experience any guest could possibly ask for. She was very patient, she listened, and I was able to try on as many rings as I wanted. Forget all the other bad reviews, Zales has quality Jewelry and customer service definitely the place to buy Jewelry. I LOVE MY RING!!! The best part is I get to bring it back every few months for cleaning or repairs.

We have purchased four rings total from this store. My wedding band has been repaired over four times in the last 4 years and now is breaking in the same place again. They said they could fix this but it would not be under the warranty that we paid for and basically that it is out of their hands. We will never purchase anything else from this store again and will also let everyone know not to. Poor customer service and communication.

HORRIBLE customer service from Holly Price and Robert the DM!! They quote a price, but dont disclose that the item is on sale then a few days later when you go to purchase they disclose it by saying its off sale. I will never do business with this establishment!!!

I paid for a ring with the promise of it being ready in three weeks. Its almost a month now. First time I called the lady answering was rude. This time I call a gentleman told me it could be six to eight weeks. Really......... Smh. They see commission over honestly and good customer service. Ive purchased so much from the company these last ten years. I wish I could take it all back for a full refund. But Im getting my money back for this ring though. Jacob the jeweler, Kays, and Harris Jeweler will get my money before Smithfield Zales outlet will. So disappointed.
I had an issue with a ring I purchased within the last year - Holly went above and BEYOND to make sure this issue was fixed. I have been upset all weekend and she literally made my entire day plus some! THANK YOU HOLLY!!!!!!!!

I find their customer service to be rude and unprofessional. I have called to see the status on my order and got the run around to find out the status. I had to talk to two different people before I got transferred to the manager to give me the answer. That took two minutes with the manager and got the answer that I needed . Which was ridiculous and time comsuming.
I never review businesses but felt the need to do this one. My fiance and I spent 30mins in the store on a Saturday night, I found a ring that I loved and it was even 50% off plus another 10%. However I left without it because the price was still a little too much after going home and sleeping on it, returned the next day to buy it. I even had coupons for $100 off for purchasing my engagement ring through zales. The same lady was working, and she at first grabbed the wrong ring and then went back and said this was the one b/c it was 50% off, and I told her I had $100 off coupon and she said yes would work. Well when she went to ring me up, the coupon would not work, but first she said that I could not receive the extra 10% off and my coupon b/c it was two promotions, which didnt really make sense b/c my coupon was b/c i purchased my engagement ring not a promotion. I said well of course ill use my coupon since it was a better option. Well after several tries she asked another lady to help her, which i presume was a manager. The manager then proceeds to say that the coupon would not work b/c it was a previously owned ring, ummm excuse me,do what??? This was never disclosed to me once. I actually did not purchase this ring and was so irritated that i left. That should have been the very first thing told to me.
I received my jewelry two months later than promised. not to happy with customer service. never again. Kays will get my money over them.
We called this morning to check on the wait time of our ring and we’re treated very rudely by the costumer service. They were very unhelpful too and did not answer our questions at all acting as if we were bothering them. The women’s name was Kevi.
