Mr. Kenny at We Ship It in Smithfield NC deserves 10 Stars!!! He goes above and beyond to help and he does it with the kindest heart and positive attitude. I had an Amazon package to return and I had generated a wrong shipping label. This meant that I would have to generate and print an accurate label before I could complete this task. Mr. Kenny generously offered for me to email my new return label to his store. He immediately printed it and helped me get this return taken care of right then rather than me having to go home, print label, & drive back to the store. I hope that you see this Mr. Kenny. Thank you putting kindness into what you do.

Incredible customer service and responsibility for packages. We Ship It handled all our mail for several months while we traveled and we never missed a single item.I’ve read the two negative reviews and they are just silly. I highly recommend WSI for any shipping needs.

I get many of my packages delivered at We Ship It. Packages are in good shape and everyone is courteous. Our postal carrier will try to stuff boxes in our mailbox or leave packages on the street under our mailbox. Other carriers will also literally throw out packages into our porch. Dont have to worry about porch theft either.

Great family owned, small business! My business ships multiple envelopes overseas to Europe and UK every week and they are very helpful in making sure the addresses are accurate and properly formatted. They are super friendly and treat you with courtesy and professionalism. So thankful we have a place like this local to us!

For the second time I send documents to this company with a quick delivery and does not come on time paid $115 and did not get the promised result my friends also sent and all the time with a delay!! The documents were not delivered from Friday to Saturday today!!! Dont overpay for delivery still doesnt come on time

Kenny was super helpful in getting multiple packages sent for me. He is able to look up what company can send it the cheapest and/or fastest. He’s also a really nice guy. No wait at all in the middle of a weekday.

I go here for all my shipping needs! Always friendly and will tell you all the different mailing options and pricing so you can decide what the best option is for you. Definitely prefer it over the post office because you can mail things several ways, USPS, UPS, Fed Ed, ext, all at one location.

I’m from out of town. It’s in a nice downtown area not to busy on a weekday. Parking right in front of the door. Walked in looked well maintained. Fast and proffesional.

Place was filthy. looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in years. staff was slovenly and incredibly slow---asked me to wait 30 minutes to package one box containing one item. didnt seem like he understood how to package an item for shipping. will be amazed if it arrives undamaged.

Family owned business of 5 yrs!!!I was in Clayton visiting and needed to send my kids their souvenirs so they didnt get crushed on the plane ride home. I live in So California. I shipped 5 pkgs to California on a Saturday around 130. I went with the cheapest shipping. All pkgs arrived to different homes by end of business on Monday afternoon.Owner of the shop was SO HELPFUL!!! Didnt charge me for any of the 5 boxes The HE provided. And even opened his doors for me to send one last pkg after I had left and returned after closing time with a pkg I forgot to send initially!!!Side note: theyll start carrying post cards soon...I convinced him it would be a smart investment considering there wasnt a place within 15 miles that sold them (I physically checked about 5 gas stations, 2 grocery/retail shops, and called a cpl other small businesses) 😃

Great asset to Smithfield, for the main reason is that there is no other place to have packages dropped off and shipped. For some reason they dont list that they accept packages that require signature confirmation, but they will for $5 fee. We need to keep this store in town!
