Had to pick up the tractor loader box scraper in Smithfield after arrangements for equipment at the Clayton store, made a day in advance, fell through because the equipment was not available. Good recovery.

Ripped off! Rented 2 propane heaters for a wedding at a cost of close to $200! Only one worked so we drove back to Smithfield to get a different propane tank. That one also did not work. We asked for a refund of $50 of the fee for the non-working heater. Manager claimed it worked fine when they tried it. My son in law also called and confirmed the heater never worked. Terrible customer service!

These guys Dad and Son team are awesome people. Very friendly and helpful. Prices are a tad high but very helpful and well worth it because they give phonominal customer service.
