I have been dealing with Daniel and Gena for a couple years now and the service they give is truly awesome. They do my taxes every year and currently they are helping me with fixing my credit so I can become a first time home owner in the near future! Its truly more than just a business for them they truly try to help everyone out and always explain things in detail to their clients before the client just obligates themselves to things they cant handle. My experience so far has been amazing!! Daniel started on my credit in June 2020 and since then I’ve went from the mid 500’s to the 700 club!! I had a car in my name and December i purchased a 2nd car with no money down!! I can’t wait to see what it would like in June!! Working on purchasing my first home!! I have allow Lions Den Tax service to assist me with my repairing my credit. That was nothing short of AMAZINGGG!!!I then allowed Lions Den Tax service to process my taxes for 2018 & 2019!! Thought everything was ok with 2018, my address was incorrect after notifying Jena, reached out to let her know and there was NO ACCOUNTABILITY of the mistake. I decided to give the service another try for 2019 and the address was still INCORRECT!!! NO ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE MISTAKE!!!I just recently reached out to the department of revenue to pay the full balance of “2019” and was told they NEVER received my “2018” tax return!!’ I then notified Jena via text and was given a screenshot saying it was filed and and accepted!!!! II reached back out to the Dept of revenue to get a little more clarity.... then reached back out to Jena and didn’t receive a response. I then called her several days later and explained to her about the fee I will have to pay being that my “2018” tax return was not received. STILL NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!Was told to mail it in myself “3 years later!!!”Please make sure you follow up with the IRS & DEPT OF REVENUE DOCUMENTS ARE PROPERLY FILED!!!! Or else you will be penalized!!!!!!!!!!!!I’m a very understanding person and believe we all make mistakes but this experience was absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!!
