Took my mother to get a wash, trim, and style and was very impressed by the care of the hairstylist and great job. My mom loved it and thats all that matters to me. 🙂

Now let me tell you about this hair salon. Whooo-eee this is where you need to come when you want to get your hair did. My boyfriend was roughing me up last night, knotting my hair. I said, well, cmon now.. Now I gotta go to Smart Style! And so I did. Now. Here I am, getting my hair did. This is the place to go.

Paula did a terrific job with my highlights, cut and color will definitely go back to her.

Xzavier was excellent he explain everything he used on my hair. I would definetly be back and recommend other people to experience the experience I had as well.

My daughter and I both got a haircut. Charged an extra $8 for sanitation but she didnt clean the comb scissors or anything else between our cuts. Smh. I could understand charging once and not sanitizing bc we are together, charging twice seems excessive

I had the most wonderful experience with Ashleigh at the Smithfield, NC location. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. My haircut and highlights turned out great! I would recommend Ashleigh because she cares about her clients and you can tell. I will definitely be returning. 😊

Not open.second time Ive been there that they should be open, sign says open, website says open, but their not. Never, ever again, will not recommend to people.

Got the worst haircut of my entire life. My hair was mid back yesterday and I wanted a trim and rounded edges. I left with half my hair gone and choppy layers. It looks like I have 3 different haircuts all at once and someone butchered my hair. My hair looked fine when it was wet and when it dried, it looked like someone took an axe to it. Extremely disappointed and will never go back. Do NOT recommend.

Ashleigh is amazing!! She did my daughters and I hair and we love it!! Everyone at this location is knowledgeable and friendly!! I will never go to another salon!! Thank you ladies!!

I came in at 6:50 on a Saturday night (they closed at 7) there was a stylist and a woman who I assumed was her boss. I asked them if they could give me a quick cut. They told me no because they “needed a good reason” to stay open past 7 to put in the computer. So apparently a customer isn’t a good reason to stay over a minute or two. They quickly dismissed me and carried on with there conversation while I was still in there. Very rude, unprofessional and I will never go there again.

I went there ready get my brows done everything was good until she went to the middle she took almost all of my eyebrows I was mad after I told I didn’t like them she gave me an attitude and told me to leave I didn’t pay .do not come here

Checked in, was told stylist would be there at my appointment time 1:00 pm. Go in at 10 minutes after one. Same woman who checked me in asked what I was there for. When told again about my appointmentInformed me that Nicole wasnt coming in. Really? After me being there all that time. Will not return and will not recommend this place to anyone I know
