Drivers are courteous. Dispatch gets them out in a timely manner. Cab fares cant be beat!!!!

Meh. If only they had some sort of Über/Lyft tracking system implanted. May take 8min may take 8hrs but youll get there just have youre own change though.🤷🏾‍♂️🤑

Not a customer but was driving on street this morning about 5:30 a.m. and the crazy they are allowing to drive their cab is NUTS & violates many traffic laws as well as speeds..driving reckless like that endangering everyone around including children you better be watching every time you step outta that cab patna

The cab drivers are always awesome! The lady who dispatches has hung up on me and yelled at me on the phone while asking a question! She needs to be fired! Multiple cab drivers had told me she is rude to every single customer and to Ncall corporate! She is an awful human being!

Parish cab is a wonderful way to get some where fast pleasant drive professional drivers and clean cabs I use them all the time. Dispatch is great too. So helpful and. Courteous

The gentleman who picked up my mother from hospital was so conscientious that he not only picked her he also took her to get her medication at the pharmacy then came to my apartment to get her house key. He brought her home and helped in the house and into the bed. Shes 91 years old and needed the help desperately. I am so thankful for this gentleman with parish cab! I wish I knew his name so I could put it on here. This could have turned out badly but thank the Lord he sent a good Samaritan. Thank you Parish cab!

I used this company exclusively until the new owners took over a few years ago.The woman who answers the phone is so rude. I called one night to book a cab early the next morning. She said she is not allowed to make reservations. She said to call back around 7 or 8. I needed the cab for seven. I now use Dons. i can call the night before and they are on time and very pleasant.

Dispatcher had an attitude. Called for a cab for a customer. She did not tell him how long. When I called back asking, she had an attitude.

Overnight dispatcher on phone was very rude and disrespectful! She couldn’t understand the road I was telling her so I spelled it out to her and she replied “I know how to spell” I will make sure to tell everyone to never request your service !

The overnight dispatcher lady is extremely rude, she hung up in my face after telling her I didnt feel safe standing there waiting for my cab that I request at 3:45 am and I was still standing there until 5 AM! I had to flag an officer down just to get to my destination... Thanks parish cab, I will never use your services and I will be sure to tell my family and friends not to either

They charged me 5 dollars and 25 cents for going 2 blocks. The next time different driver. He charged me 12.50 and i forgot my phone in the cab and he charged 15 dollars after waiting 6 hrs. He even was answering my calls. Not cool.

Jay picked me up at the end of a long day after flying into MSY at 11:30pm. All the rentals were booked weeks in advance due to the widespread flooding and I was so happy I found Parish Cab to get me back to Slidell. The back of that Town Car was wonderful after being cramped on a plane for hours. Will definitely use Parish Cab the next time I need a ride.

Average rates. Driver was early very accomodating on waiting while I was having to run errands. Just passing thru but will definitely use them again if I come back.

NEVER GET A CAB FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN.. I asked an ETA and they acted like they were extremely busy and that it would be 45 min to an hour and I asked BC I was at a hotel and needed to gather my things and shower before I left . the next thing I know 2 minutes later the guy is honking left and right outside and the lady is calling me . I threw all of my stuff together like a crazy person BC the meter was running obviously and told her I needed to be compensated BC of an incorrect time given and inconvenience and she hung up. Then as I walked out the door and told the gentleman the same thing (while he was on the phone rudely) he said alright then buddy we dont do compensations and as I was literally getting in drove off and couldve ran me over . then the lady answered the phone and hung up without saying a word, Rude and trash

Took the cab a hour AND SOME to show up..absolutely no reason the wait should’ve been so long.

The dispatcher told me that my cab would pick me up within 30mins. And It took them an hour! They couldnt give me any accommodation or wasnt considerate to the fact that they made me late for work! They were recommended to me through a friend but I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I called this cab company an hour ago. There was never a taxi sent to my address, I called & called no answer when I called again the line was busy. Horrible customer service.

Well i waited over an hour...i call to find out where the cab is, im told its turning on your street..the street is only 3 min long, so 10 min go by and still no cab.....just unprofessional, a curtousy call could of worked.....
