If I could rate any lower then a one star, oh my God I would! My experience was one lie after another from beginning to end! Starting with Q and ending with Travis, The Owner! Im filing complaints with and to anybody who will listen! Do Not Do Business or it may be referred to as a favor! And I have proof that will back my words! Travis defaulted on the closing 3 days before we were to do so with no explanation as to why! They wanted ne to put a lockbox on my home to allow Contractors to come and go at random, thats what Q called them, Travis called them Investors, when the Contract was between Albatross/Travis and Myself! And from my personal experience you render keys upon the sale if your home! Business Not favors! I called, left messages, text, no reply! I even went to the Title Company on Monday just to make sure it wouldnt or couldnt be said I didnt show up! With no email or call stating a time! I took a picture of the door and a selfie of myself in front of the door! Trying to be fair! I really Pray this doent happen to anyone else! I wanted utill this day to share my experience from Albatross Hell because legally our business was over at 11:59pm 9/3019Do yourself a favor, if you need or want to sell your home, one of your biggest assets, see or hear of Albatross, Travis Miceli or Quiriant Bonilla aka Q, dont Walk or March, Run and Run Very Fast!!! God knows I wish I had, I would have save myself a whole lot of time and energy! But God.....
