Ive called to get a rental and because of choices I made over 15 yrs ago them want even rent to me.. I did my time and have been a productive member of society for over 15 yrs but these people want to hold that over my head.. Its places like this that cause people that are trying to do right to say whats the point...

The manganos give zero cares about the people who live in their parks. Especially at Piney Ridge

If i could give no stars i would... i asked to get a simple toilet fixed and its taken over 3 days then i cancelled my order because i thought i fixed the problem myself. then i find out the entire lower half of my trailer is leaking so i called them expecting some kind of emergency repair but ive been waiting a day with my floor soaked and the wood chipping off with no one calling to notify where they are... once i move out ill make sure to never rent from these slumlords AGAIN!

They will work with you if you are honest

Mobile homes are old and in need of work some I viewed smelled of mold
