Very very awesome people. They took their time with me to understand what I wanted and was so patient with me . Helped me know a lot more about computers and even helped me with getting more knowledge about if I needed certain things for my gaming. Very nice people who are with you 100% the way.

Very helpful in resolving my laptop problems without having to buy a new laptop as was recommended by a large computer store which I have a total protection plan with. Not only fixed my laptop, but help me install my printer drivers, downloaded a new virus protection plan that was provided free by my cable provider, etc. They were very patient with me. I have very little knowledge on computer related problems.

I asked them to replace the screen on my convertible laptop. They replaced the screen, but now the touch feature of the laptop no longer works and is now slower than ever. They never took responsibility for doing an incomplete job. I had to ask them for a discount on the work. In the end they just wanted to blame it on the manufacturer even though they tried with two different screens. I still ended up paying more than I was originally quoted. All of this would have been almost understandable, but they didnt communicate with me when they were having said problems with the repair. I had to reach out to them everytime they passed another deadline. They had my laptop almost three weeks, they said it would be three days. I would not recommend this shop. I really wanted to like this shop.

Many thanks to this place....The Computer People....for helping us with my daughters laptop!! She is trying to finish her degree online, and has had so many issues with this laptop....and was about to give up and purchase a new one. For a very, very reasonable fee, The Computer People totally fixed all the issues and she is back online....and VERY grateful!!!! This will be our go to computer repair shop!! Thanks again!

These guys did a great job at a fair price!Brought my 5yo laptop in to have the dust removed from behind the screen. I was worried about doing this procedure myself; and also worried about having the laptop opened in general thinking it may cause more problems than the dust was worth.

Initially, the costumer service is really good... minus the older lady (Marie, I believe). She was extremely rude. I went on for a hinge and a back cover replacement. I got my laptop, nice transaction, etc. but when I was finally able to test out my laptop, it runs slower, ZERO sound in the speakers nor the jacks, cant play my games... all i get is a black screen. They messed up my laptop!Review update: I called up the store and the lady answered. She told me to come in asap and I did. They repaired my sound for free (both the headphone jack and speaker) but my computer is still slow and black screen on the web browser games. Ill just fix that on my own.

These people have done everything for us here at Harley-Davidson from building computers, repairing laptops, installing networking hardware and installing network cables from one end of the dealership to the other. A++. They are always our first and only call for anything computers.

Nothing can ruin a good day like a virus in your computer. I called The Computer People and they came to my Shoppe that afternoon. Within in an hour my computer was running like champ. Great service and prompt service. I highly recommend this company if your computer goes down. They also took time to show me how to avoid some issues. Thanks guys.
