Before my first visit to the PitStop Carwash, I had never been to an automatic car wash machine that was able to actually clean my car, let alone leave it shining so beautifully. And that’s to say nothing of the AMAZING deal they offer (where your first month is $4.95) if you become a member. Being a member is most definitely money well spent. Members are able to go through the car wash every day and I take full advantage of it so that now my car never looks dirty. Ever. This place is just the best.

This company had been over charging me for the past year for an account and vehicle I do not have anymore when the employee on site clearly stated that he cancelled my account. He did not do his job correctly and I’ve been being overcharged for quite some time and the customer service number/ reps don’t help either. The so called manager over the phone didn’t want to help at all ans then hung up the phone. Unprofessional. I have used this business for years. It’s okay for them to take money from us but not refund customers when their employees make mistakes. They openly admitted they see the overcharge but “can’t” do anything about it. Don’t get a membership with this company.

Friendly people and clean area. Also the brushes arent so hard on my car like some other spots.

Did not brush the front of my car and the left side of tire shine did not work. So one side of your tires had shine and the other did not

Nice that they let you vacuum without a wash, for free. The washer missed some areas but that happens.

Been there twice. Both times got the $20 wash and wax protection. Both times had to return and talk to the manager because the bugs were not scrubbed off and were sealed on my paint with the waxing. First time returned manager was pleasant and did the rewash. Yesterday he said he would do the scrub himself to get the sealed in bugs off and to do the rewash and wax again. Obviously his employees dont do their jobs very well!

Tried Pit Stop for the first time today. Did not want to sign up for the monthly deal, so paid $8 for a basic wash. I could tell that the right side of the car was not receiving a good wash because the brushes on that side were barley touching the car. Once I got home and looked at the car, it was obvious the right side had been poorly cleaned. Also, there was still pollen dirt on the hood.So much for trying Pit Stop for $8. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT!

I’m sure this place is great for most car washes. Today I had an issue. I needed a full service wash. Inside and out. I got up to the menu and saw that they didn’t do full service. So I asked and the guy confirmed they don’t. I said ok never mind. I could not leave! People had come in behind me in line and there was no way out. The guy had to give me a free exterior wash so I could keep moving forward. I said to him “you should move the menu to where people can leave if they don’t see what they need”. He said “people just do the wash”.So I got a free exterior wash but it took 15 minutes that prevented me from having the time to find a full service wash and now the inside of my car is still dirty.I do appreciate the free exterior wash. I do think I should have been able to leave though without it once I saw they didn’t offer what I needed.

Nice car wash. The line moves quickly, always has vacuums available. The car wash snapped my rear wiper in half.. the staff treated me right and respectfully. Took care of everything and will have my replacement within the week. Thanks fellas, keep up the excellent job.

This is the only place we go to clean our cars. The vacuums are free and the staff are very friendly. They did go up on their price recently but still a great spot. My husband waited a little longer than normal the other day and they gave him 2 free car washes. You are usually in and out.

Why do they have the guys with a brush? They dont even make a difference on the spots the wash misses. Just an extra 5 seconds will make a difference. Love the clean of what is cleaned but was is missed could be done at the entrance of the tunnel. A tip dosent even get the spots. Same places on every car not just my truck.Put some one on the end of the tunnel and look at what is missed for $20 i get 95% clean.

Fast easy service...the washer just missed some key parts of my car...other than that..my car was clean

Management (James particularly) is extremely unprofessional and rude. He sleeps on the clock and leaves employees to work their selves to death while making top dollar. Someone needs to step in and fix this now.

My most preferred places to clean out my car, as well as, get my car washed. Always a clean environment, friendly faces, and fast paced service. 10/10

The wash is good for the price but I dont see the difference in the 8 dollar car wash and the 15 car wash. The machine leaked oil and left spots on my car. But over all its an ok place

Friendly and helpful staff got me hooked up with the monthly fast pass. They have a number of options from basic wash to an ultimate package with wax, tire shine, and all. Very happy getting car washes whenever I want and with the prices. Worth checking out.

I really like getting my car washed there. But my last visit a young man was guiding me but he miss guided and now my hubcap is buckled up on my new car. So be careful

Pretty sweet car wash. I think its a little on the expensive side for the types of washes they provide. All those brushes and rollers get 85-90% of the dirt off your car but its that annoying 10% that you need to get yourself that bother me the most. Free vacuum though, so Im sold!

PitStop Carwash is a great carwash. It has free vacuum after you get your vehicle washed.

Love, love, love this carwash. You can get a full wash, with all the bells and whistles for less than $20. You can get a simple quick wash that is very basic for $5.Of course, theres free vacuums, that are more powerful than any in the area.So, if your looking for a top notch car wash for those who may not have cost as an issue and those who have to pinch pennies, Pit Stop is the one you should choose.

I had driven across Texas and Louisiana due ng love bug season, and needed to get the dead bugs off my car. Using their best wash offered, I still had to get 409 and a rag to clean the front bumper. Was not pleased.

They where to their slogan, a good wash fast. The car wash was good, and quick. It is somewhat pricey. I highly recommend the unlimited wash pass if you get more than a couple washes a month.

The staff at this location is wonderful when a Senior member is present, every once and a while the younger kids working do not press the right wash, and if you have the time, run back through if you are not satisfied. Management is usually available, and if you ever have a problem, dont hold your tongue, they need to know whats wrong in order to provide a better experience. Monthly wash packages are affordable, and ideal for the Ride Share driver, or commuter who likes a quick wash at an affordable price.

Best car wash in Slidell...their BEST car wash is preferred, if youre looking to impress.

The staff there is really towards making you happy if they fixed rinse portion then they get 5 star !
