Fries didnt have any salt burgers just slapped together and too to long

Tried 2 24 hour locations and didnt see anyone in the first after waiting 20 minutes and the other had folks inside but all of the lights were off. Ended up late for work and no breakfast. This wasnt the first time, but is probably the last.If you say youre 24 hour operation, then act like one. If a customer has to wait more than a minute or 2 at the drive thru, then someone inside should at least respond and ask them to wait.

After waiting in the line for a hour not because of traffic but because of how long it took them not only did it take 20 minutes for them to answer the menu screen but another 30 minutes to get the food and food was nasty didn’t provide the sauce as asked nor are full order and acting as if it was the end of the world to give us the food we paid for when we got the food to much geese and burgers were still mooing it was raw after this we didn’t go back cause it would have took another 30 minutes and we new the people behind us were probably already mad if anyone else got raw burgers so sorry about your inconvenience but night do not recommend I would go to a different one

Really great place to eat always fast and fresh and the workers are really outgoing with customer care 😃

I was so disappointed. Ordered 2 buttermilk chicken sandwiches. They were awful. More like patty chicken and extremely greasy. The fries were also not edible. Tasted as if fried in old grease. Three large sweet teas ordered. One was correct. The other two were not drinkable. Very dark black appearance and unsweetened. As if it was maybe tea at the bottom of the barrel. Also, the cups tea were in had tea all over outside of cups. A total mess. This was 12-3-20 at 6:17 pm. at the drive through. Will not return to this Mcdonald’s on Brownswitch in Slidell.

Sitting in the drive thru line, again, at the Cedar Lake rd. Biloxi Mississippi location. This particular store cannot get it together. Always slow, always a long wait. 😡

At one store they had sour tea. And at another store hair in food, and today I got 2 strawberry pies n I was given pies with expired times on them.

Okay I’ve had it with the Mcds on Brownswitch road in Slidell!! They have broke the last straw. We go to this mcds because we live off of Brownswitch two minutes away but I’m really fed up now!They are consistently wrong with my orders, forgetting to put items in the bags, and giving cold fries and now today I got two sausage McMuffins and I had to throw them both away because they were so overtoasted, hard, and crunchy that you couldn’t even bite into them.I’ve ordered a 20 piece nugget before and got two boxes and when I got home discovered that one of the boxes was completely EMPTY!!I order iced coffees and have gotten nothing but coffee grinds covering the entire bottom of the cups and I’m also a diabetic so I order my iced coffees with no liquid sugar and about six times in the past three months they’ve still put liquid sugar in them and they had to be thrown away!Also, if you go late at night they say cash only and on four occasions we have gone between 2-4am and they were closed and this is a 24 hour drive thru restaurant! Cars in the lot but no one at the windows. No one answering our hellos!!I’d give them ZERO stars if it were allowed!Beware!
