Absolutely terrible company. Dealing with a dirty apartment on move in, then rats, and mold. No internet,, terrible air conditioning. The hood for the stove hardly works, so a window has to be open while cooking.. Ask them to just fix things and they put up a fight and eventually just attempt illegal eviction. This place is terrible.

Horrible!!! Can’t even get internet services at location and I have a remote job so had to break my lease and move and Jamie was very rude and inconsiderate!

This place by far the biggest slum lord Ive ever dealt with. Absolute trash. I could go on and on about broken AC nothing working. The maintenance crew just walking into your home at any given time. There is no back ground check they keep the money. Thet let anyone move in. Drug addicts siting outside all day. Weed smell 24/7. On top of that if you pay rent and try to get anything done they speak to you disrespectful. The owner is a total nut job. And they cant keep appartment managment because the owners is a horrible human. 100 percent old southern rebel trash.
