Weve been with H&R Block for several years and have always been satisfied with their work. The agent that prepared our return is knowledgeable, efficient, competent and very easy to communicate with. She willingly takes the time to answer any question we have about tax preparation. (which is a lot of questions.)

This office goes the extra mile. I have been treated very well; returned calls, personal touch, professional work. I am very happy with everyone.

I usually stay with a provider that meets my needs. Other than cost I have no problem with H&R Block. I do think they are a little pricey but I guess everything is now.

H&R Block filed my taxes incorrectly in 2017, 2018, and 2019 in multiple locations in the state of Maine. Due to H&R Block’s mistakes I now owe the state of Maine over 6000 dollars. They have refused to take responsibility for their blunder and incompetence and will not help me repay any of the money I owe the state. This choice of not helping the common middle class person by this wealthy corporation is exactly why no one should use this company to assist with filing taxes. I hope this message will stop you from using this company and save you the terrible financial hardship I am dealing with. I have been using this company for tax purposes since I was a teenager in the early 2000s, yet they will do nothing to help. You have lost my business and you are exactly what is wrong with corporations today.

Friendly and knowledge

Because I was told it was 125.00 we went through all paperwork before even setting up the appointment and when I was done I recieved a bill for double!198.00 should have been 125.00, highly recommend to not go with HRBlock . Over priced for 10 minuts of work dont recommend them.
