I had a windshield replaced in a Jeep Cherokee a couple weeks ago. Dropped it off at scheduled time, paid over the phone, and picked up. After a week or so I noticed a musty smell, didnt think anything of it. Then over the weekend i went to jump into it to clean out the front seat and stuck my hand on the floor and noticed it was soaking wet. After rolling the carpet back and investigating I could tell this was something substantial as I had at that time roughly 1/2 of standing water. I then pulled the rubber moulding strip off the windshield and investigated further. I found a spot roughly 1/2 wide in the lower passenger side corner where there was absolutely NO urethane... I called the office and left a message over the weekend, explaining the leak. The office returned my call this morning and said to bring it in so they could take a look at it. I asked her if it was possible to send someone over to my place and take care of it as it should be for them an easy fix and they are ultimately responsible for it. Her snooty response was, I dont know why you think I would send anyone over there, you didnt pay for the mobile service. Excuse me! I didnt realize the mobile service was a form of customer service after the sale. You taking an hour out of your day to send someone 25 mins one way to do a ten minute job would of meant the world to me and got you more business down the road. Attached is a video showing just how bad this leak really is. This isnt your typical small leak, it is a HUGE leak and potentially damaging to my vehicle. I will never go back, infact I will tell any and everyone I know to stay clear of these people. Worst service by a glass company HANDS DOWN!!!!

The receptionist and employee were friendly however they didnt really give us a time frame, it was about an hour. There was a few chairs and some candy to help pass the time.

Ill give you five stars for work previously done, however you are loosing a significant amount of business now that you wont do weekend work. Havent you noticed all of the trucking companies that have disappeared on you? I replace 4 or 5 sets of windshields each year. Its worth paying a little more for your competitor up the road to do the work than it is to loose $1000 load because you need the truck on a week day. I really hope that you reconsider your hours.
