Best you’re going to get. Not only was responsive, prompt, and respectful...he knows what he’s doing. Our bikes are precious to us, and Mike treats them like they’re his own. He not only got the bike back to where it needed to be, but about a month later after the dealership didn’t perform the tests they said they did, Mike went out of his way to have a good 30 minute conversation with me of what it could be and how to test for the problem I was having. I always stress to go out of my way for my clients, and to add value at all times...and Mike does just that and beyond. Don’t use anyone else. This is your guy.

After struggling to find someone reasonable and reliable on Craigslist, I turned to the Google machine and found Mike. Mikes friendly, personable, efficient, and priced well below what hes worth and what most of the skeezy towing places in Chicago charge for service. Within 2 hours of calling him on Friday during rush hour for a tow from Mag Mile; my Sporty was safely back in my garage in Avondale. All this and a great conversation for fair price = unbeatable value. Dont waste your day gathering quotes like I did, Mike is the dude for the job. Without hesitation, next time my Hog needs a lift, Im calling Mike; I recommend you do the same!
