I can tell you they are the Best you can have do your decorations. So responsive to your needs and very detailed. The communication was the best you could ask for.They made sure you were very happy and sent pictures once they were installed to make sure it was what your wanted.So many neighbors and guests commented how great it looks and never seen another company do something like this.Thank you so much

Elizabeth is so caring and accommodating! I reached out to her to celebrate my daughter’s 30th birthday. I felt like she was enjoying our special event with us! The display was gorgeous, put up with care, promptly delivered. When my grand daughter was born we reached out to her again and we’re thrilled with her service!

ABC Stork to the rescue! On Friday our friends had their baby as scheduled, but what the didnt plan on was the complications with the delivery. We werent sure when the baby was going to be home, but we wanted to make sure that arriving home was just as joyous as the ability to go home.I got the call Monday morning baby and mom were to head home. The first company I called never even called me back. The second did not offer same day delivery, as most companies do not, but the third time was the charm. I called, Elizabeth and her crew got to work fast and were able to put up the stork, balloons, and a large sign for the older daughter. The sign for the older daughter was such a nice touch because the siblings often feel left out.ABC Stork was truly our Hail Mary pass today and they made the welcome home truly touching. 10 out of 5 stars.

On Saturday morning, I had a crazy, last-minute idea to surprise my wife for her birthday on Sunday. I called Elizabeth at ABC Stork and she didnt hesitate at all in saying she could do this for me with less 24 hours notice! She did everything she said she would including finding Penguins for my wife (she loves them!) and even sent a video of the completed display on our lawn so my wife could share it with her family and friends!Elizabeth and her team were outstanding and she runs an absolutely a top-notch and personalized service that I cannot recommend highly enough!!!Thank you Elizabeth and ABC Stork... They did an awesome job decorating for my daughter’s 13th birthday! Can’t wait for my other daughters birthday in May. By 8am my neighbors were texting about how cute it was.

This is the 2nd time Ive used them and both experiences have been nothing short of great. Excellent customer service and helpful as well if short of ideas. Cant forget to mention they were able to fit in my display last minute without any questions. Thank you ABC Stork!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!! We paid for yard signs for 2 days - they took it down in 1 day. They would not reply to phone calls or texts. No reply, no re-placement of signs, and no refund. They only use Venmo so we had no recourse. There are lots of other companies around Chicago - use one who is honest and reputable, not these guys.

I have had nothing but a great experience with Elizabeth at ABC Stork. I was a little anxious setting this all up for a friend of mine from afar, but it all went swimmingly. Set up on time, provided photos to me, extremely responsive to all of my questions and small adjustments. Overall it was a wonderful experience and a wonderful surprise for my friend.

Beware of this company. They literally do not deliver on their promised services. Our family has twice booked them for family celebrations only to be completely left high and dry. First, a childs birthday sign never got delivered and more recently a sign for the birth of twins. Lawn decorations were never delivered and phone calls and messages were not returned for hours. Rude, unprofessional conduct was what we experienced, once they finally returned our calls. DO NOT USE.

Came to Chicago from Detroit for birth of grandchild. Wanted stork lawn sign for baby’s homecoming. Called abc stork, was informed they no longer took credit cards. Being old fashioned grandparents we did not have Venmo account nor did we have checkbook with us. Elizabeth worked with us and managed to get sign on lawn very next day for baby’s homecoming. Which is fabulous! This company is GREAT! I highly recommend them.

My family tried using this clown show service two different times recently. After the first disappointment, we should have stopped. However, in a pickle, we thought everyone deserves a second chance......WRONG, not abc stork. Service was promised and not delivered, customer service was a joke, unprofessional and rude. We wrote a review on a different google account and the lady came back at us, like she had no recollection. Well, maybe another bad review of what she did and mostly didn’t do TWICE will jog her memory.

This company is hands down, the best lawn sign rental company in all of the Chicagoland area. Their variety, flexibility and attention to detail are out of this world. Ive ordered from them a handful of times and the display is all family and neighbors talk about. Their Instagram account is beautiful and they even give away free signs for entering their contest!
