The East 63rdStreet store is fantastic. The customer Reps are polite and have you in and out in no time. I use UPS service a lot and at different locations and I find the service here the fastest.

I just went into my local UPS store to return an item. Within two minutes I was out the door, and with the friendliest, competent employee’s. Great experience!!!!

I like this place, Ive been using their service sometimes through out the last decade.But recently they have a new employee, dont know his name but from the way he speaks I can tell hes egyptian, he acts strange, he stares at me every time I walk in, I tried once looking back at him to make him look away and he just kept looking me in the eye even though he had a customer that was with him!!I dont know if he does it to other customers but this is my experience at this ups lately, I dont wanna go there any more.

Ive had difficulties at other locations, but Alex and Rich make it worth the extra drive. Even while very busy and dealing with frustrated customers, they have been able to make sure everyone gets what they need and are very friendly and considerate. My new favorite UPS Store. 👍🏻

We recently purchased a patio umbrella from Amazon. The UPS delivery driver delivered it in a ripped up box. The umbrella inside was also delivered broken. Amazons return policy CLEARLY states that we are allowed to return items to a UPS Store with NO BOX OR LABEL REQUIRED.We came to our local UPS Store to return this umbrella and the employee, Alex, refused to take it stating he would have to charge us because no one is going to pick it up like that. We showed him what Amazons return policy is and told him we were not going to pay and that all he needed to do was tape the box. We were not even required to bring the box but we did anyway. I told him the package was heavy for us to take back and that he needs to honor the return policy with Amazon/UPS but he still refused. He showed no sign of compassion or good customer service whatsoever. Neither did the other employee there, who didnt even offer to help diffuse the situation.At this point, I even offered to tape it myself and he had the nerve to say that I can purchase tape and pointed at the wall.We walked out of the store with the heavy umbrella, went to Walgreens down the street to buy tape (because at this point I refused to give him a dime), taped it in the parking lot and took it back to the store. If it wasn’t heavy, I would have went to another UPS Store but we had no choice.What HORRIBLE customer service on his part. He ruined a relationship with well known customers that come there weekly because he was too lazy to do his job. I will NOT be returning to this location again. I would rather go to a further location for better customer service.

Awesome people. Very accurate on timing and hours of operation. They always go extra miles for costumers. I ship many packages and very satisfied with them. I pass few other stores from my place to go there because I trust them and this is important for my business.

Ive been here a few times & the staff is always nice. Tiny, clean store. What drives me nuts is when the truck is parked on Oakton, blocking traffic when the driver can pull into the side street right around the corner instead.

Probably minus stars...I recently sent three gift cards in a birthday card for my grandsons 10th birthday along with tax info papers for my son in a large white mailer envelope that was sealed by the man in the ups store. I told him the contents and asked if I should put the envelope in another mailer..he said it would be fine. So upon arriving at my sons place of business, the ups driver shows my son the already ripped open delivery and tells my son not to accept as the gift cards are obviously taken SURE somewhere by a UPS person.And now I am told there is nothing that ups can do about it. So that means that any ups person can go through your packages and find gift cards and that ups is not responsible for their loss. I have put in a claim that this store has told me was denied.THIS IS STEALING AND DISGUSTING AND RUINED MY GRANDSONS BIRTHDAY!!!

Went to the store for a service and the owner was on phone at the back of the store and made me wait for more than 15 minutes. When he came out he was very unprofessional. The truck parked outside blocks traffic and had to search for parking in side streets. Store is very tiny and unclean. Left without getting my work done. Drove to another store and got my work done in a jiffy. Will not be back though I stay very close to this business.

The hours of service is not accurate. You should alway call ahead before going to the facility. Its a waste of your time looking it up. Ups and Ups store are not ran by the same corporate office. They are two different business (I was told by a phone customer service Representative)they are rude and laughed when I asked questions. Unprofessional!!
