Is this an actual company. I tried calling and first message said press 5 to connect to a representative, no other numbers for anyone else......just press 5. So guess what ? I pressed 5 and the the message said that due to high call volume there was no one to take my call so please leave a message. What year is this ?

Needed a garbage pickup on Saturday, but they never showed up, and they never responded to my email. Really unprofessional

Tried to find out why they are dumping waste and recycling at one time into the same truck but got the infamous hit 5 and the recorded message tells you they are experiencing a heavy call volume.
