I purchased a refurbished s10e from here, the phone works like it was purchased new, and I was given a screen protector for free. Would definitely come here for repairs after my good experience purchasing a phone.

I purchased a used Apple 6 s and he said that it had a new battery, which it did not, because he had to take it back and install a new battery in it. I thought that the button on the bottom of the screen worked slowly when I bought it, but it was bad. You cannot switch from portrait to landscape mode because the accelerometer was broken. I traded the phone in for a new phone elsewhere. He did try to make some things work better in another one of my numerous visits to his store, but he didnt want to take the phone back. I gave him a lot of visits and time in his store, but he still only performed at one star level..

Cam was extremely courteous and helpful after someone hijacked my dad’s phone number and had it ported to a phone on the metro PCS network. He supported us even though we are not metro pcs customers and he was extremely polite and helpful. I don’t see switching carriers at this time. However, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Cell Phone Authority due to their excellent customer service!

I had a badly cracked rear glass panel on a pixel 3 phone, and brought it in on late afternoon, and had a call 2 hrs later that it was finished. Excellent work, and less costly than if I had bought the parts and accessory tools to do it myself!

A couple months back I brought my iPhone Xs in for a repair when my screen went out. They repaired it for a $180 and I was thrilled, until a 8 weeks later the screen began to separate. When I brought it back in, they told me it was my fault. They then laughed when I asked them to stand by their workmanship. I then brought it to another repair place in The Glen and the guy there said it was in fact, not my fault, and they should have replaced the screen for me without a charge, as it was faulty repair. Horrible customer service and not even a 3 month warranty on their work which I got from the other repair place. I do not recommend.

Brought my iphone 7plus in to have the screen replaced, they had it fixed within 45 min, and for about 40$ cheaper than a couple other places i called. Also they had a nice selection of cases and screen protectors which where all very affordable as well. If I ever have to fix my phone again this will be the first place I call.

All three phones had shattered screens and one needed a battery replacement, and I got all of them done for less than the price of just 1 screen at the Apple store. I have an samsung note 4 which had a major software and battery problems, my phone used to hang up almost all the time, nd my battery getting heated. I have been almost everywhere in the neighborhood to get my phone fixed most people just scammed me and rest asked me to get a new phone, Cellphone Authority is the only store who were able to fix my phone and with a reasonable price and with excellent customer service.

I was sold a phone they said was brand new, never used. They swapped out the Samsung charger with a cheap charger and it didnt even work. Then they sold me a screen protector that cracked in my pocket! Cheap!!! These guys arent to be trusted. Who would have thought lol. Never coming here again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away.

I fixed my iphone 7 plus 2 weeks before, he fixed it quickly in 30 minutes, i appreciate, but the quality is very poor and now touch is not functioning properly .apple is charging $129 for original screen replacement and i paid $89 for the fake screen.this place is not recommended, because i was said that the screen is original.
