Went to get my license plate sticker renewedThe Spanish lady explained to me very rudely that Vin# is now required to renew plates sticker together with expiration date and license number,Just to confirm I asked if she meant expiration of plate sticker, she questioned me like what else!, then the European lady and her start to mock meI politely asked her not to be disrespectful but in all honesty she couldnt care so could her colleagueThis is my 2nd experience at his place where I found them to be rude an unprofessionalI wish I knew who to contact to elevate this but sadly I dont think the owner cares any more judging by all the negative reviewsThey have worked there too long and dont appreciate the jobs they have

Unprofessional.The staff here are upright unprofessional, rude and quick to come to conclusions. It’s been like this for some time now, I am surprised management has not done anything about this after multiple negative reviews that have been posted about this place. Staff re-training or hiring new staff would be highly recommended, many folks around here are avoiding this place as it is. After long waits in line the last thing customers want to deal with is their negativity and attitude.

Love this place. Staff is always friendly and kind. If they can help you they do 100 % if they cannot they explain why in a friendly tone. I have called ahead of time they answer when they can always friendly. If they do not answer I know it’s packed in there so I do not go. I love to go to in and out, all my business done quickly and efficiently with a smile.

The lady who took care of me yesterday had the patience of a saint. She accepted all of my dollar coins (tons) and was extremely nice about it. She didnt rush me and took the extra time needed to make sure everything was taken care of. I honestly thought she was going to reject my payment but she didnt. She was amazing and super sweet.

I go to this currency Exchange all the time because people who work there are really nice.

The Spanish girls are rude & look for reasons not to help you, happened more than once there, theyre always in a bad mood.

Love this place. Always fast and never had a problem. Been going there for over a year to cash my paychecks. Highly reccomended. Love everybody there especially Ave. She is great!

I gave them 1 star because I dont have the option to give them less.They never answr the phone to answer your questions, you have to drive all the way to them, wait in the line to know what extra do they charge for car registration renewal.And then the have you forced to charge even more money as fee for paying with you debit and not cash.

Bad customer service over the phone. The lady seemed really rushed and did not help at all. Not sure if she is that way in person but if you need help over the phone I would recommend calling a differnt location.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Rude and unprofessional. I went there and the blond lady that help me previously 2 days due to a mix up with Western Union acted like she never dealt with and refused to serve me. When I asked them for their names so I can report her she never gave it to me. If I could give them a zero or negative stars I would. DONT WASTE TIME going there! You will not get good service and if you, it will be with an attitude.

First of all no wonder why this place has bad reviews! The European lady with blonde short hair was very rude and got an attitude for no reason told me in a sarcastic tone how she doesn’t care and how customers always think their right along with talking some other bad mouthed garbage. Never said I was right or wrong I just straight up asked her not to talk to me like that when I didn’t do nothing but asked a question. She’s lost my business and it’s close to my house. I’d rather drive the extra distance to another currency to avoid this nasty attitude lady! I must say she definitely will scare the customers away! There’s plenty of people who want jobs consider hiring nicer friendlier people that make customers wanna come back and do business again! Because of her I just added to your awful reviews

Horrible customer service. I’ve never been to a currency exchange where the employees seem Leas than excited to help you. And if you ask them a question they seem bothered. They need to open up another currency exchange in Skokie IL with different management. There’s an idea.

Its your average currency exchange. I received good customer service and was in and out within 5 minutes.

This currency moved from Oakton to Dempster & I was told at the Oakton location the hours would be the same. I always cashed my payroll checks on Oakton & they told me they were moving so I went to the one on Dempster but they do not open till 8. I was at the Oakton location every payday at 7 so I could cash my check before I went to work. I dont know why they changed their hours but this causes me to drive farther to cash my check at 7 am. I dont think its right but Im just a nobody that needs her check cashed. Just wanted to let everyone know that if you cash your checks early forget about this place.I also do not know why this says it will be published under Barbara Savini cause I am not Barbara Savini. I was hung up on and when I tried to call back 4x, they never answered. lady who hung up on me was very rude and sounded as if she hated her job lol super unprofessional, worst experience.
