John and his team here are so professional. It was my first time to rent from location so I was a little apprehensive, but every turned out great. The staff here is down to earth and helpful. My car rental process went smoothly and really set up a good vibe for my trip. A big thank you to this team! if I could give you ten stars I would. I will definitely be back for my future rentals

After waiting on corporate hold over an hour I tried calling my drop-off location. There was a billing discrepancy and a defective but drivable truck which in person I was offered a discount for. Calling to follow up, the rep immediately got rude and angry, telling me his location has no control over refunds for a 1-way rental. He assumes that I have full knowledge of Budgets corporate vs. store location relationships as he explains it to me for the 1st time with exasperation. Im sure that corporate treats these guys poorly, but taking it out on a calm and patient customer asking for the first time is a weak move.

I wouldnt come to any other Avis Budget to rent a car or moving truck the service is the best if I could give more stars I would. The customer service is how it should be I was treated like a human and they actually cared about me renting at the best rate so that makes me a happy camper.

I made a reservation 44147953US3 but when we went to pick up the car they said they did not have any cars and only had a mini van at an upcharge of an extra $35 per day. So instead of $180 for three days they charged us $320. Very upset. Rental agreement number 226337186. I will no longer rent from Budget unless this gets resolved.

AVOID. We reserved a truck for Saturday morning and it was canceled right when we got there.

Despite Budget claiming that locations allow renting to those below 21 for this year, this location said they could not do so - waste of time, wouldve been nice if budgets online rental reservation made this clear.

The location is perfect. It allows me to leave and return the city, away from all the hustle and bustle, all while avoiding the tolls. Ive rented a car from that location twice, and each time the people working the counter were extremely friendly and efficient.

I wasnt made aware that they didnt have the available class of car I had pre-paid for until I was there ready to get the car. I ended up having to pay $100 extra for an upgrade so that I could keep my time commitments on my trip. On the positive side, the car I rented ran great and was a comfortable ride. Ive never had an issue with the cars from this location.

I came to pick up a Suburban as we were traveling to the Mayo Clinic with the family morning of pickup for an appointment. Not only was the vehicle not available, there was no phone call to inform me of this..I was notified at pickup at which point the family was ready to go. I got anxious. What the heck!! I made reservations weeks ago. I was then made to settle for a Tahoe. Unbelievable service and nonchalant attitude. A discount should at least have been offered. Lucky I was desperate because they will never get my service again

John is great to do business with. He goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best rates possible. Always have had a great rental experience with them.

Always a wonderful experience at this local rental location! I have been renting here for business and personal reasons for years. My rental needs are always promptly and pleasantly attended to by Luba. Convenient location is just off of the Edens expressway.

Ive been welcomed at several places in America but at this location Luba was a delight. Starting my day renting a car there surely is a light and pleasant experience.

Worst Customer service!I went there today @03:40pm to pickup online reserved car and guess what store was closed. It was clearly written on the glass door that it closes by 6pm on weekdays. I tried knocking on the door but no response. After waiting for 25-30 mins a guy came and opened the door. We walked in and he was least bothered about paying attention towards me. He started doing his own works like walking down to wash hands and went into a room and sat there and here I was keep talking in air. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I CAN SAY.

The whole point of making reservation is to make sure the vehicle will be there when you needed; not this Budget car rental location. Made reservation on 07/22 for 08/13; called on 08/10 to confirm and was told to call back on 08/11 to confirm with the manager; confirmed with the manager on 08/11 and got a call on 08/12 saying the vehicle will not be there on 08/13. So what was the point of making the reservation on 07/22 then?? The explanation I got was Well, sometimes things just dont work in life. Really?! Then I would suggest you tell your customer that there is no need to make any reservation because Well, sometimes things just dont work in life. I would not recommend renting vehicle from them ever again.

Quick service, however I had payed for a premium car such as a Ford Taurus but got a family sized Nissan Altima.

Rude customer service at the location. Called them because my car rental arrangement was to pick up car at 6. Called ahead to let them know I was on my way, they were closing up already and stated they would not wait for me. Also the whole “we’ll pick you up” service is a joke! They should be sued for false advertising.

The employees were very nice, the car was excellent, overall, it was a great experience to rent a car here.

Big scam. Overpriced, unauthorized charges whopping $79 for gas in a small size car. Car was dropped off in the evening with tank full, 2 days later my bank account was with additional 79.00 for gas!!!!! Budget on dempster in Skokie IL. Issued BBB complain

Do Not Use Budget.....Reserved a truck online and confirmed it. Had a dozen employees called for an 8 hour call for the project, got a call last minute from budget saying sorry we dont know how this happened but we have no trucks within 30 miles for you I was also told I wasnt the only person and that one dealer was sending a number of people to Uhaul. My call to customer care I was told that it it wasnt their fault at their computers shouldnt have confirmed my rental. Unacceptable!
