Only place I go for parts and service.

I’ve been shopping with Nissan going on three years now and I can honestly say the customer service is great BUT this is the second time I’ve gone there to trade my car in just to be told another excuse. I was taken through the whole process (signing documents Switching my car insurance over to the new car and money being taken off my card for the down payment) just to get told I didn’t get approved. I felt that was unprofessional on their part and a waste of time.

I have been taking my car to this dealer for years. Until today, I found that they have integrity and good service. Yesterday, I blew a tire and I called to find out what the cost of replacing all of my tires would be. I looked around at other places and after finding that Discount Tire would be just a little cheaper, I decided to go to Martin Nissan. When I arrived the total was $160 more than what they quoted me and I asked if they would match Discount Tires and I was told that they were different tires because of a difference in BW and BSW. After leaving and doing additional investigation, that is not correct, they are the same tires and the tires at Discount Tires are $46/tire cheaper but Martin Nissan has already started working on my vehicle. I was even told that I could go online and buy they from Nissan and Nissan could ship them to Martin Nissan and they could put them on the vehicle but they could not match Nissans online price! They are giving me a modest discount based on what I was quoted over the phone last night but if I had to do it over again I would have gone elsewhere and it makes me think twice about returning to Martin for additional service or later this year when I planned on a new Pathfinder purchase. It feels like customer loyalty is a thing of the past all to scam me out of a couple hundred bucks.
