The worst! They never get back to my emails, texts and calls!! Never send me mail or emails with notifications... what kinda agent is that!!Call the corporation & switch agents..This one is terrible ..

Great service, very accommodating! I worked with Han and he was able to update my life insurance policy over the phone after I sent him the necessary documents. He replies promptly and is always professional. I have recommended him and this location to family and friends.

I’ve been with State Farm now for 3 months and it has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Han has helped me seamlessly transition from my previous company and even recently worked during his personal time to get insurance for my new car. My brother told me that Han has also helped him save about 50% of what he use to pay in car and house insurance. I can’t say enough for the outstanding customer service that me and my family have received from their office.

This location has been great and responsive. Their representatives always answer my questions quickly and helped with updating my auto policy changes and address change without any hassles. No joke got cursed out by an agent at this location after trying to file a claim. Not only that, the head agent called me to inquire why I changed agents within state farm and I told her what happened and she literally laughed at me. Unbelievable, if I could give negative stars I would. State farms systems have been down for over a week. How is that my problem. If you are considering getting insurance from state farm, I strongly recommend staying far far from this office.

Han, one of Heeyoung Kims agents, was on top of things from the very beginning! Such a big difference from our previous agent. He uncovered discounts that shouldve been offered to us and is always available whenever we have any questions or concerns. We are so happy with this team!

Mrs. Kim and Ron are like family (because of Covid haven’t been able to know the rest of the team as much as i would like, but thank you for your work everyone!) Despite the team getting bigger, they are still responsive and really make sure things are done and done correctly and quickly.

I would give this state farm a 5 out of 5! Everyone is very friendly and professional. Their customer service is outstanding. While I was dealing with a claim where the other party was not responsive and supportive, everyone from this state farm, especially Ronald and Emily, did everything they can to assist me and to resolve the issue for me. Both Ronald and Emily definitely went above and beyond to help me and support me regarding my claim. I would totally recommend this state farm to everyone. -10 Stars. WARNING DO NOT USE HEEYOUNG KIM. Let me start by saying that I love State Farm and I would have stayed with them if it wasnt for this office. I have since reported them to corporate for their complacency and failure to complete basic tasks.They allowed my auto insurance to lapse because they lost a signed document that I took off work to HAND DELIVER to them. I found out I was driving without insurance months after the fact and when I called them they explained they never got the signed document and that it was my fault.I reapplied for insurance and my premium sky rocketed. Shortly after, I changed auto insurance to another company and sent them my request for cancellation, including another signed declaration. The following month I was charged again by state farm.These guys are ridiculous. Clearly have no work ethic and have zero interest in helping their customers. I called them about the charge on my card and they assured it would be handled in a few days with a call back. Its been 2 weeks and still no refund and no call.

Love Heeyoung Kims office! I have worked with them the over 2 years now, and purchased multiple insurance policies. I recently got into a rear-end collision and Jina went the extra mile to help me with the claim. She returned my calls very quickly and answered all my questions professionally and patiently. I used State Farm different agent years ago but had a bad experience and switched around. Definitely was unsure coming back but did about 2 years ago. My agent Ronald has been great! Recently experienced a hit and run and the staff here is just on top of their game. I pretty much didnt have to do anything, they took care of everything and best part is they updated me along the way. Very glad I came back to SF and to this particular location.

The one word I would use to describe Heeyoung Kim is: TERRIBLE. Heeyoung Kim does not even deserve one star...that is being VERY generous. She is very careless and is a terrible insurance agent who does not do her job properly.

If you are looking for new insurance company, I can tell, even don’t think about State Farm. They always give you good code for new contracts, but after 1 or 2 month they find small reason to raise up your payment. And if you want to cancel your insurance with them, still not going to return back all your money . So don’t waste your time and your money.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible experience. They tried to make money off of me. Worst of all they didnt even try to help. Instead I go to Allstate, which is next door. Good Luck!
