We will be back! Threw an End of School for my rising senior with friends and family. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Huge shoutout to Kendall for being so accommodating with the party space. It was soooooo much fun for everyone. We played two games. While VR Champ seems to be the favorite, Hollow Realm allows all 16 players in one massive arena. Take a few extra seconds to adjust the headset, it will be worth it during enemy attacks so it won’t slip down and mess with your aim. lol

Great place but there are 2 downsides. I think there should be more games and longer game time. Other than that its a great place.

Definitely a fun experience if you have some spare time!Located in a giant outdoor mall, so if you arrive early feel free to do some shopping before the start of your session 🤣The VR game runs by hour time slots that you can book online or over the phone with a representative. A minimum of four players are needed to book.At the session: lockers are available for your personal items and jackets. Users are created for your character and a quick video is shown for 101 usage of the VR equipment and game mode.Overall experience: so much fun! Graphics were great! We did a horror-like realm and it was definitely spooky with a few jump scares, but nothing terrifying. Make sure to look into their party packages if you plan on going with a larger group :)

The staff was absolutely attentive and helpful for any questions we had in game. The experience itself was completely unreal. It is incredibly difficult to write what i felt into words. The best way to describe what experienced can be compared to the imaginative experience of a perfectly crafted book. After it had finished i had a difficult time determining what was real and what wasn’t.

We had a fantastic time and they were extremely accommodating to some last minute changes, which was unexpected but also very welcoming. Even though the games were a little short, we had an absolute blast. We would recommend!

Wow this place is AWESOME! Came here with some friends for a reunion and it could not have been a better experience. The visuals were absolutely amazing. You feel like you’re really on the edge of cliffs or flying through crazy laser tag war zones. I would highly recommend you and your family or friends give it a try. Really a wonderful, greater than life experience!

Very cool. Theres a big open space and I did the fighting one. it is a bit trippy for the first time but its extremely cool.

Love the immersive VR experience. Their equipment seems off the last couple times I have been there. This time the microphones were cutting in and out and I couldnt hear certain teammates. Game had to be paused while sorting out issues.

Amazing place! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Staff are amazingly polite, service is always nice, and the experience is perfect! My group and I played VR Champions (brought to you by Mass VR) and the game was incredible! Be sure to pay attention to the instructional video, and itll all work out. Also, try not to get too caught up in the moment and yell, your teammates will hear you via mic and speaker embedded in the headset.

I love going here, the V.R. experience is off the chain. I go once a month with my crew and play both games. Ill be there every time. If you havent been there yet what you waiting for get down there and have the time of your life.

Best vr place in the state . This is the only vr place where you can actually have free range to travel in the game and walk with unlimited space The place is huge .Other places you are confined to a small area . Not here !! You will work up a sweat feels 100realAnd Iv tried all vr in the state this is #1

It was a lot of fun, next time I would buy 2 games. Its 3 5min rounds for 1 game with 30 sec breaks in between. And I was told that the gameplay video should automatically be emailed out in a couple of days.The workers were courteous and helpful. We were told there were no washrooms on site, but the nearest washroom was a short walk from the storefront in the mall.For the older people in the crowd they found the gameplay a little confusing, but started getting the hang of it at the end. There was a video before the game to orientate everyone with the controls and a mini free roaming round before match start.

Mass Vr. is like stepping into the video game. Really fun may take you a few times to get use to the gameplay and how to move around. They need more maps however. they only have 2. As a group we enjoyed champions better than hollow realm.

So much fun. Graphics and games are awesome and staff was helpful and fun went for my wifes birthday. Scheduled one game and wound up buying another the first was so exciting.

First time playing in a VR environment and I absolutely loved it. Place has a very friendly staff, it’s super clean and easy to set up. Would definitely do again and highly recommend.

This place was pretty fun. Would recommend getting a group to go. Its 4 on 4 objective one of my buddies had problems first putting headset on ended up having to switch to the other headset. He was not able to get used to the game before we started. They dont really inform you on what your objective is or if the game has started. If you dont have enough people they can add bots. Would go again after figuring out everything about the game.

Had an absolute blast with my son and our friends. It’s a trippy experience.

Insane amount of fun. First time trying and my whole group had such a blast. We will be back. There were a lot of rules, but once you get the hang of it or, heck--even if you dont you just have fun walking around and laughing with your peers. Good activity for groups.

Our first time here and in virtual gaming. Loved it! We did it wednesday night bootcamp- what a great idea! You have a rep and other people in team helping you. Perfect for someone like us non gamers. Got to play with a very friendly and fun team. Had so much fun I would do it over and over again.

There is a little vr business in Mishawaka Indiana called Waypoint, that has 15000sq ft, that says because of the quality and quantity of what they offer are the biggest free roaming vr business in the world, including you guys, is this true are they bigger than you.They have zero latency, omiverse arena, and stand alone headsets

I went to this place about a month ago, this was an awesome experience. I have never done anything like this before and it was really well executed. I would give this a 5 star but there were some technically difficulties which are bound to happen but it happened mid game. The game and everything froze up, we then started running into people and walls. The staff was not happy with us until they realized what was happening. There was about 10 minutes of down time waiting for the game to resume however they did not make it up to us, we lost out on time. I get that they have to keep parties moving along since there are time slots sold but the party that was next canceled so they could have at least restarted the match for us instead of making us resume from the middle of the game.All in all it was fun, I wouldnt say $40 fun for the 3 rounds you get to play but deff a $40 once just to experience it fun. Bring the price down a bit and get some rotations in for maps and I think you will have something awesome. I am excited to see future of VR!

I went with my friends here three times now and Ive Loved every experience. The hallow realm game was just the right mix of fun and terrifying. The one down side (the only one I could find) is that it is a little pricey. But if you go on a discount day it isnt that much. Overall an amazing place and I highly recommend it.

I came last year and it was a fun experience but how tf y’all gon’ close coming in without reservations 2 hours before closing time.

I have been a few times, played hollow realms and vantage. This is a one of a kind fantastic experience! If you are at old orchard this is a must do. Friendly staff who invent creative game types have kept me and my co-workers coming back. Solid equipment, fantastic graphics and again the creative game types make this a must for anyone who enjoys gaming.

Last year I took the family twice, first time was great and we all left happy with the desire to return and we did. The second time I was so let down, I paid for a group of 8 and after 20 minutes of play we were told to take off gear.. wait... 20 minutes? Really people? I’m not paying that much for 20 minutes again, that was our last visit.

Amazing! I got to go as a surprise for my birthday and I had no idea something like this even existed. The employees did a great job of explaining everything so even a VR beginner like me picked it up quickly. Everyone in our group were up and ready without many hiccups and we were walking out already planning our next trip back. Dont take my word for it though, go see for yourself. :)

Laser tag in virtual reality. Hard to figure out where you are or want to go but still super fun

Amazing experience, the fact that you are able to roam around without running into anyone is mind-boggling and super fun. Cant wait to go again and hoping they add new maps soon. Bonus points for emailing the stats from the game. Well worth the price

Fun experience, when it works. Went here as a group and things started out great and the games are fun, but they have stability problems. After about halfway through the first game, things started glitching and crashing and then when things finally got back up and running, the battery packs started dying, which again crashed the game. Overall these problems are fixable, so I hope this gets better with time because its a fun experience! And if you feel disoriented in the game, avoid the stairs

My son and his friend (12 years old) had a blast. First started playing laser tag, then paint ball and now Mass VR is his new favorite activity. Will definitely be back.

Very pricy but extremely fun. The games are diverse experiences and the production qualities are extremely good. Some more time to acclimate in training would have been nice, it felt a bit rushed, but definitely a premium gaming experience.

The game is very fun and the people there are nice. Its nice to see that theyve grown. I have probably been here 5-6 times and that includes when they were over at ohare. I recommend this both for people who do and do not have experience with vr as even though my family doesnt have really any experience with it they still have fun even though they dont really understand all the controls

Awesome experience and helpful fun staff! I know they are new so as you grow, different game options would be cool. Overall the game looked like “Halo” however you are playing against a team to get the most kills!! The games lasted for about 15 mins each and you play three rounds if I remember correctly! Defiantly a must to do if you’re looking for something unique!

Friendly staff and a fun experience. However, a lot of waiting was involved due to other guests not arriving on time and technical issues. The staff gave us an extra free game to make up for it, but unfortunately that also involved a lot of waiting due to additional technical issues. I would definitely recommend coming here, but also prepare extra time in case of delays.

Had an amazing time at Mass VR!! Came with 8 people for my birthday, loved it so much we showed up again 2 days later with twelve people! The set-up and walk through was very friendly and shout out to Joe for being the most amazing game host and referee! He made the experience doubley so more fun and we hope we get him again next time we swing by!

It started off as a fun experience but midway through the game my headset went black. I kept saying “ I can’t see anything.” Finally someone comes to tell me my battery in my backpack died.. so for almost 2 minutes I was out of the game. On our video it only shows 3 players for that entire time. They didn’t offer any type of extra play or even a sorry. I just lost my time and place in our video.

It was pretty fun when walking on ledge of has the same feeling was very real. When playing for the first time you need to look around the map and understand the layout. But once you get use to it. It gets pretty fun

Our group loved going! We wish the games were longer but we will be back for more.

My family had a blast at Mass VR and we were just amazed had how quickly we forgot about the real world and became immersed in this virtual game. This is a glimpse into the future of gaming!The fact that you physically walk around the arena is what makes the world so realistic and takes this to a completely different level beyond anything else including the Zero Latency Zombie Experience in Vegas for example. I am already planning to come back here with a group of my buddies for a fun night out.

Our first time here. The owner was very friendly. She explained everything to us and even showed us the arena so we could see what it was like. They also have tons of VR machines while your waiting for the arena. We walked in and they have a special walk in sale going on right now, check it out!!

Was skeptical at first as in my village in Kosovo we do not have this technology. Turned out to be very fun and competitive. Shoutout to Joe for making it more fun.

Fun experience as long as your equipment is working properly. The manager is a great guy, had a bad experience the first game I played offered me a free game to make up for it & the second game was a blast . Pretty good for the price just wish they would bring one to Cincinnati but other then that if youre in the area and looking for something fun to do Id check it out .

The VR game was so much fun!! I went with a party of seven and they added in a bot to make the game 4vs4. The VR set up is comfortable and really not that heavy. The gun gives you a real feel of shooting and the indicators are so well crafted. Aiming with the pistol was a little hard for me, but that could be that I just sucked at the game, and I was still able to get 8 kills. The default gun is the pistol that has a grenade launcher, and you can pick up a shotgun or rocket launcher. Iwas able to wear my glasses under the VR goggles it was it fit just fine. Once I put on the VR gear and the staff set up everything, my game avatar responded pretty well to my movement and commands and gave me a pretty immersive feeling. The presentation before the game was thorough and very direct with going over all the rules and instructions. Lastly, the staff may not be much but they were friendly, helpful, and very patient with us, Ive never even wore VR goggles until I came here. I absolutely recommend checking this place out if youre looking for some fun. And the whole game wasnt even as physically demanding as I thought it would be, I had enough energy to go for another 3 rounds.

The red dot sight can be aligned better. Collision detection of VR objects can be optimized. All in all excellent. Less glitchy than expected
