I have had many mani pedis over the US and Europe, this was the worst ever! Pedicure took all of 15 minutes, no smoothing buffing or filing done, put lotion on legs but no massage, manicure included 5 second nail soak in cold water, used a file that is used on acrylic nails and left them jagged and rough. I spent more time drying the enamel than anything else. So very disappointing…and told they quit doing hands and arm massage with Covid-19 so manicure was pretty much a nail polish application. For 60$ awful just awful.

A gem. Perfect place to get your nails done. The salon is very sanitary. The staff is very hospitable and they were very nice to myself and 2 nieces. We will come back!!!

I usually go to another place but was unable to. I was VERY pleased with their late hours as I work during the day and have issues getting an appointment especially in such short notice.That said, they had issues getting the pattern I wanted. The work was nice but took a long time. They had a couple helping out from Aberdeen and the guy did a better job of shaping my nails than the place I usually go to.I’m super grateful they were able to get what I needed when I needed, but my usual place could have done a comparable job for half the price.

My tech is absolutely amazing, always goes above and beyond when listening to what I want to accomplish filler wise. She truly is wonderful making everything turn out so natural yet flawless!

I just left the Salon and I had a fabulous time!! The music was great as well as the staff. My regular gel mani came out beautiful and I look forward to returning in two weeks for another gel manicure!!

Was not at the slightest impressed with this place. Started out by burning my feet in the water the lady refused to turn it colder and then had not only made three of my toes bleed but had clipped a couple of my fingers. The lady also sat there and told me about how the other girl working with her knew nothing and couldn’t even simply answer the phone. I feel as if this set should have not costed $80 for my nails alone and I will never be coming back here again. If I could give negative stars I would 😭😢😢

Everyone I came into contact with was so friendly. My tech did my pedicure and she was great! She made sure I was relaxed, happy and made sure to show me she was using fresh, clean tools.

I liked the hours of opening at 9am on Sat and they took walk ins. She did a great job. The only down side was she kept asking multiple times if I wanted Shellac I kept saying no but she kept asking. A little pushy on that aspect. But overall a good experience.

The lady was very unprofessional and yelling at her boyfriend in front of us all. My acrylic nails were pointy and uneven, there was big bumps in them. The price on the window for a full set is not what she charges. $34 is for normal nail polish, which she refuses to do. She told us numerous times it “wouldn’t look cute” to her normal nail polish and to not come back if we do. She ended up doing my sister’s with normal polish and saying if we had no money then she’ll do that but kept saying they won’t be cute. It wasn’t about money it was about false advertisement. She tries to make you feel bad and spend your money. She would not even do a simple flower design for me without trying to make me buy stickers, she ended up not doing a design at all even though I asked for a simple flower. VERY overpriced! Not coming back!

I let my last set go a little far and it never lifted or cracked anywhere. I work with some products that can dry out my hands and nails but this layover has saved my nails and kept them healthy and beautiful!

Same brush for three different people, we had to wait an hour there before they even told us to sit in a chair. They were respectful but very rough on my nails. I will never go back.

They could do nothing I asked for, I 2as very unhappy when asked for coffin shape n its square too anyways. They cant do ombre they said but had told me previous day that they had the powder to do so. They were slow, in skilled and I er charged . Toes n pedi were 60$ n I got minimum pedicure nails 110 and so plain and old fashioned. I would not recommend this place unless you are comfortable with older styles

They have the biggest selection of colors, they always do a phenomenal job, and their spot is clean. Ive tried so many other places since weve moved away from here and nothing is ever as good.

Not sure what is going on with the new management but the lady did a terrible job doing my nails. I had a regular mani and pedi and she didn’t give me any disposable slipper after my pedi. I was walking on the dirty floor to my mani station. The lady didn’t even clean my nail correctly, I had tiny leftover gel color on my nail and she just painted over it. I just wanted to get out by the end of it and one nail technician was working the entire floor when I was there. By the time I left she was juggling about 7 customers. It was extremely overpriced for the service and quality. I won’t be coming back here again.

We had a very bad experience. The lady did not listen to my daughter when she was cutting the length of acrylic. When my daughter did not like them and told her they looked bad she would not fix the nails. It was very over priced and the place wanted extra money for longer nails when she cut them too short In the first place. We should have walked when we came in another person was complaining about her service. I will never go back and do not recommend the place for anything. They do NOT stand behind their services. She kept pointing at the NO REFUND sign that wasn’t even spelled correctly. Very unprofessional.

Went to get a refill done and charged me over $60 for a fill. She did not do what I asked for and when I left my nails were so sharp that it left my hand bleeding after I touched my skin with my nails. She didn’t even file them after she clipped them. She tried to make me buy several products and couldn’t tell me anything about it. They don’t even base prices off what their signs say. They just type a number in the calculator. I could have gotten completely new acrylics for that price. Will not go there again. There was another girl that went there and posted pictures of her ripped apart nails that the girl doing them and rage clipped them off when she said they were crooked and told her to leave.

I was in last night with my daughter. We both received full set acrylic nails. My 7 year olds first time getting her nails done and they turned out awesome! Very friendly ladies.. I will say they made it a good first experience for my daughter.. however, We came in at about 9pm. The gentleman said they had enough time to get us in. Honestly for 127$ I was not impressed with my nails. My nails werent even at all. She did a super super sloppy job. Im so disappointed... I dont get my nails done very often. But thanks for making my daughters night

I have been coming to this place for a while now. Today feeling like a princess with this set. Every employee is super helpful. Overall great experience and recommend.

One person was doing services. She seemed to take anyone even when there were others with appointments scheduled. We didnt have an appointment but were accepted and then during our service someone walked out that had been waiting since shortly after we got there that had originally had an appointment..We sat at the pedicure tubs for around 30 minutes before our services started. Services were rushed and not relaxing. Others have stated that pricing was not correct but my prices were what I expected. I probably would not go here again while the lady was nice enough we werent really even greeted when we walked in. Someone did ask if there was anyone else to do services and she said 2 more people but no one else showed up the hour and 45 minutes we were there.It seems from the reviews that this is a pretty common occurrence here as others have mentioned it as well.

We had a party of five 8th grade girls and a mom. I made an appointment a few days in advance as I had called several salons and no one would take that many at 6 pm except here. Cindy was amazing! She was fast, efficient and fun-allowing the girls their options- 3 powder, a shellacked, one acrylic and a polish for me- which I didn’t plan on as I didn’t think we’d have time but she had mine done in no time! She did all of our nails in 2 hours and they all turned out great! We will definitely come back! Thank you for making our night out fun!!

Me and my friends waited for an hour after our scheduled appointment then the acrylicsWe’re very poorly done they ended up being lumpy and there was only one girl. She ended up cutting me on both of my pinky’s and they starting bleeding bad and she just told me to stop moving. They didn’t even end up being even and looked horrible. Never again

The lady hurt me 3 times and now it hurts badly and one finger is bleeding. She kept cutting at my Cuticles when it wasn’t necessary. The finger that was bleeding she ended up putting nail glue on the part that was bleeding thinking it’ll make it stop. Also to mention they are even. Never going back. If I get an infection I’m gettting my money back.

I scheduled an appointment at 2pm and left at 6 so it Took 3 hours to get a mani pedi. Good people, very nice but I won’t be going there anytime soon. Today I had the time but I won’t be doing it again.

While I do like my nails I am a bit disappointed that a couple are uneven and one is crooked. For what they charge ($65) I was expecting no issues.

This place is terrible!! my nails look chunky and they couldn’t do the design i asked for and it’s a scribbled line. all my nails are different lengths and to square! they are very slow! i’ve been here for almost two hours!! would not recommend at all!!

Did not explain the prices and what is done for pedicures well. They rushed through the pedicure.They weren’t careful while doing my pedicure. My toe nails was cut and now I have pain on my toes. The water for my feet were cold and they didn’t bother to change the temperature of the water to warm.

First of all I sat there for an hour until someone finally started with burning water that i asked them to turn down multiple times when i finally got help my friends were already done so I watch all of them The lady skipped out on half of what I payed for and didn’t even try for what she did do. I will never go here again biggest waste of money ever. I spend $55 for 10 mins of actual help.

I have been only one place in sioux falls to get my feet done . She has been in the mall and moved to her own establishment as well . If she moves again thats where my business will be !

This was a disaster! My sister and I got our nails done (1 acrylic 1 gel) and it took 2 hours. She made my sister bleed and was not gentle. When asked for coffin shape it was double the price! There was only 1 girl working and there was 6 people waiting. Whenever they got a call the guy said we can’t take anymore but the girl would argue and say just tell them to come in I can do it. Do not go there! Don’t waste your time.

Cindy I was there July 16 you werent over booked or understaffed. I wasnt going to do a pedicure but you know, what the heck it was my day off..You did a great job! We talked a lot .. turned out my daughter was in the weekend before. This unfortunately was not a good experience. It took over 2 hours to get a mani and pedi done. When I got my pedicure done, the lady scrubbed the side of my toe so hard it started to bleed and a large area of skin is rubbed off. When I did my manicure I said I didn’t want acrylics done but she glued them on anyway. Since she put them on, I said I wanted them pretty short and she barely clipped them down, so I asked for them shorter again and she said they would get shorter when she was done and she’d file them but she left them long. Then my total came out to $133 and I feel like that was crazy expensive for the services I received! I will not get my nails done there again.

I would recommend getting your nails done here. My daughters nails turned out absolutely beautiful and she loves them. I rated 3 stars due to 2 things. 1.) I was charged $10 extra on a full set of acrylics in order to have coffin shaped tips. Dont get me wrong, the lady put in $10 of work to shape the regular tips but it would save the customer and business owner time and money if they just purchased coffin tips and other trending shaped tips to start with. 2.) The expected wait time was 10-15 minutes and it was double that. They were very apologetic but if your business allows for walk- in services, its best to know your timings for services or over estimate wait times so you dont fail to meet a customer/ clients expectations. With all that being said, this nail salon delivers top notch quality and beauty. You leave with the type of nails that make you question whether they are fake or not. I will be coming here for my nails as well.

So I had an appointment, I walked in on time and I was turned around there 2 people ahead of me and the woman didnt even ask me to wait, I was told she would give a call when she could I also feel there was some type of discrimination going on because I have yet to receive a call I will never spend my money here or recommend anyone else to deal with such an unprofessional establishment

Cindy is very sweet,has a fun personality. Takes her time to make sure your nails are what you want and that they are shaped perfectly. Very dedicated to her work. Very clean, cute salon and is very accommodating. Offers a beverage and little candy treat to occupy the kiddos. Always a positive atmosphere. I highly recommend this location!

I went there for a manicure and I was sitting there for an hour sitting there waiting for her to work on my nails. While I was sitting there five more people can in and she worked on them before me. There was only one person working the whole time.

Today was my first visit. Loved it!! Very friendly!! I got the deluxe pedicure which was awesome!! I also got a fill in on my fingernails. I booked my appointment online which was so convenient. Will definitely go back.

The lady who did my nails was very nice but it says in the window it is $28 for a full set(I really dont like false advertising)......I paid $48 didnt do any designs or gel and my nails arent even shaped or rounded correctly. Normally if you get a manicure and pedicure its a bit discounted. There sign said $40&up you should only be charged more if you get more I spent almost $80 for just basics no design nothing!

The $40 mani/pedi combo is great. I normally go on the weekends and it’s always quiet and relaxing! The staff is friendly as well. I recommend to call before you come.

Got a pedicure. And absolutely loved it. The ladies were so nice and friendly. They gave me a drink as soon as i sat down and it was very relaxing. The whole environment was nice and peacful even though they were pretty busy. I showed up at around 830 ish and was done around 940. They used all clean tools on my toes. Would absolutely recommend to others and i plan on going back. I dont usually go to many nail salons because of the worry that it would be awful but it was a great experience. My pedicure was $45, $47 with taxes. My friend got a full set with shellac and hers was 55, 57 with taxes.

Was very specific about what I asked to be done when completed was overcharged because she chose to upgrade me to gel when I specifically asked for something else. Horrible place, if I could give a 0 I would. I came in and had an appointment scheduled for 6:30, they said to come back in an hour. I did so, came back and waited until 8:45. I got sat in a chair at 8:50. All of the nail techs were fighting, I wasn’t shown any options until they were about to paint my nails. One nail tech was on her phone with her husband on speaker. All I wanted was an acrylic fill and I got charged 48 dollars. They are high class scammers, don’t trust their prices.

Me and a friend went and there was only one person on a Saturday around noon. Left with scrub on legs and did not massage legs barely at all. She rushed through doing my friend’s pedicure to do mine. Do not recommend.

The nail technician does not know what she is doing. i specifically asked for acrylic and she just gave me tips and dips despite me telling her multiple times. i was charged $65 dollars. i got this set two days ago and nails are already breaking. I will not be returning and would advise others to not get your nails done here. Go somewhere else. low quality and overpriced.
