I had to ship a bicycle and camping gear from a trip to fly on a small commuter plane. The ups office was great. Bil was very helpful. He packed and taped my boxes well with boxes he ha and I brought. This was the best service Ive had in a long time.

Dropped off Amazon return for the wife. Shoes!!! Staff was very helpful securing box they arrived in along with a new box as to not confuse poor Amazon employee. 2 returns = 2 shipping labels. Best money I unspent in a long time. Didnt catch HER name but SHE needs to be near the top of the retail consumer management team.

Ups whenever they send the different person for delivery in my locality he just comes and puts sticker on the door.Doesnt try to call or ring a bell that is on the side of entrance . I have contacted ups because of same issue multiple times as I have encountered them.They still dont fix the problem.Only when Jordan come for delivery he ring the bell on the side of entrance and doesnt have any problem with the package delivery.But when they send the different driver he doesnt make an attempt to communicate and just sticks the sticker may be they want to finsh their shift as quick as possible.UPS please look into this matter because we dont have time to go to the next day for ups acess point for pick up our package as ups gets closed by 6:00 pm in my area and by the time I come from office it gets closed.I encountered same thing today too its like more than 7 times so I felt I should write this time.Hope we could see some improvement.

Not sure which location to leave this review at but my package on the website said out for delivery all day today on a Saturday so I waited around all day for it. It was supposed to be delivered the day before. Then 6pm rolls around, I checked the tracking again. It switched to saying my package wont be delivered until Monday! If I had to guess, your driver decided not to deliver it/forgot about it. Im extremely displeased with this! Im an otr truck driver who will be leaving on Sunday and wont get my package for 2+ weeks now because I wont be in town. I really needed this package before leaving tomorrow! Im sick and tired of these shipping companies. If I half arsed my job as much as you all do with delivery times, Id be fired in a heart beat

The counter person was trying to be very helpful. Unfortunately she was unable to tell me where my package was currently out when it would arrive. Package was listed as delayed due to weather.

The website shows that they opened at 8:00 am., so I was there about 10 minutes early. The sign by the entrance door said 9:00. I saw that there was a man inside so I stepped in to ask him when he was open. He told me to bring in my package and he would take care of it. He also walked me through the online process. I am very pleased with the service I received. Thank you.

I came to drop off a package the day before Thanksgiving. There was only one lady helping people, and there were a number of us there to pick up or drop off items. I was very surprised and disappointed there werent more people to help at the counter. There was certainly plenty of room for two or three associates ti assist us. Hopefully they will be better staffed as the holiday season progresses.

Sometimes its just safer picking up packages in todays day and age with the package thieves around. I can make a delivery change to pick up directly from the customer service center in a matter of less than 2 minutes using the myChoice app by UPS.Able to track, remove delivered products and do many more functions from within the app. You can even drop the packages at the UPS customer service center and if unsure about shipping, etc theyll help you make sure you have everything properly done.Shipping RC batteries for hobby items such as RC Cars, Trucks, Boats, Helicopters, Planes, Etc? Just go see them and theyll make sure you get it packaged and labeled properly for shipment as regulations are enforced on this due to fire hazard.

I was able to pick my package up with no issues.

Friendly staff and a good direct drop off location. I had to wait a little longer than normal but that was not a big deal. My biggest complaint is that there is limited parking for customers.

My husbands Medication has to come UPS. He has been on it for two months . Once we went to the office at 10pm and the peopleworking were very helpful and found our package. The second delivery I missed but the driver came back and delivered the meds. Awesome customer service! They have gone above and beyond to help us!

Our ups sioux falls delivery person is the worst. I am a 72 year old woman and order many products on amazon. My orders come through 4 or 5 different delivery services. I hate when it comes from ups sioux falls! The delivery person is lazy ! They leave my packages by the garage door closest to the driveway ( furthest from my house) . I DO NOT LIVE IN THE GARAGE ! Please bring my packages to my house !

The staff here are always courteous and friendly. The man working knew exactly what l needed when I arrived and why the packages at my moms new address were being held... made solving the problem a whole lot easier! Way to go UPS!

Basically threw a package on my doorstep while I was home, didnt knock. Opened the package and contents of the package were broken. As someone in the delivery business, I am appalled at your employees handling of my package.

Absolutely terrible! We went there instead of the USPS in order to assure that our document we were sending to the Dominican Republic for family members would arrive on time. Instead of sending it out with UPS, they sent it out with USPS anyway. Even though we dropped the package off at the UPS store! They told us it would take 5-7 days to get there and it is way past that! Then when we talked to the UPS customer service, they said its not their problem bc UPS is a franchise so the stores are individually owned. So they can send their mail out anyway that they want. So why would their store be under the name UPS then? It makes no sense!

Easy to swing in and drop off or pick up packages. Service is fairly quick. Could recommend earlier opening hours.

Worst delivery service in our area. I have been home for the last 5 deliveries and they dont bother to knock, have no issue leaving things in the rain. Hell even if the door is open they hide out of view and drop the package in the snow.
