Drivers show up efficiently and on time. The distribution side of this company continually disregard our requests for specific magazines and in smaller quantities. We are charged a 23% restocking/return fee for magazines not sold. We have requested that paperback books be delivered to our gift shop for over 6 months and to date nothing. We have also requested that no game/puzzle books be left as we have another source for these, but they continue to leave them. In short, if you want to sell the magazines and books you want to sell, and make a profit, forget this company.
